The location is honestly 10/10. It’s very safe. Don’t expect high quality food for the morning breakfast. Am not even sure they serve real eggs. The parking is right under the building. But it was very full I had to wait hours before getting a parking spot.

Reasonable price. Breakfast doesn’t have many variety but is ok. Room is simple and spacious. Location is good, close to everywhere.

Really fun place to stay in Montreal, lots to do in the facilities like basketball, table tennis, board games, gym and pool. Good place to feel social. Breakfast was decent, I like the idea

Amazing! Best value out there. Where can you have various 24/7 public chill out spaces including a basketball court and gym. Breakfast was great. It's not a hotel but a student dormitory. And clean.
