Above Strettoia 3 km from the centre of Strettoia, 8.5 km from the centre of Pietrasanta, outside the resort, 45 km from the centre of Pisa, in an elevated position on a slope, 10 km from the sea, 10 km from the beach, in the woods. Private: garden 200 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (28.Mar. - 31.Oct.), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 27.Mar.. 1.6 km long steep, narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Grocery 3 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station "Pietrasanta" 8.7 km, sandy beach "Forte dei Marmi" 10 km.
