Le lieux et l’expérience sont géniaux mais l’entretien des pods et de la terrasse laisse vraiment à désirer. De la mousse partout sur la terrasse et la fermeture du pod était déchiré. Du coup l’air froid entrait toute la nuit. Pour ce prix c’est inadmissible. On en a fait part à la réception en partant mais ils nous ont donné l’impression de n’en avoir rien à faire. Même pas un petit geste ou un petit mot d’excuse. Pourtant l’accueil à l’arrivée était sympa. Le resto et déjeuner sont part contre au top et le personnel super pro et sympa.

We recently stayed here, and it was one of the most peaceful and relaxing vacations we've ever had. The pods are spacious, comfortably fitting 2 to 4 people, and come with a large balcony/terras offering breathtaking views. Everything was incredibly clean, and the peacefulness of the location is unmatched. However, keep in mind that due to its remote setting, there are no shops nearby, so plan accordingly. The sleep quality was extraordinary – we’ve never slept so well while on holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. The walk to the pods is a bit of a trek, so be sure to bring good walking shoes, but the tranquility and stunning vistas are well worth it. Breakfast was simple but ample, and we highly recommend the on-site restaurant, Les Cerniers. The food was exquisite, with dishes that truly burst with flavor. In short, if you’re looking for a serene getaway with top-notch service and unbeatable views, this is the place to be!

We stayed in a pod only one night for our wedding anniversary. Location itself is very nice quiet, amazing view. Pods are located to not cover the view. You can see that initially they’ve invested a lot, it’s stylish, comfortable and very cosy. But some of the pods really need some things to be fixed. Unfortunately in our pod (#3) zip at the entrance door was completely broken, and cold air was literally coming inside - we had to close the hole with plaid. Could not imagine something like that… Girl at the reception tool my note about broken zip, but obviously I was not the first one mentioning it and obviously it didn’t get broken recently. Everything else during our stay was good. Restaurant with not big choice but good quality food. I really like the breakfast- no eggs and no bacon, but few types of dry meat, fish, loots of fruits and berries, yoghurt, very good juices.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans la pod Timeless. Celle-ci était très belle et propre avec une vue magnifique. Cependant j’ai payé 1600fr pour passer la nuit dedans et malheureusement le service n’était pas du tout à la hauteur du prix payé. Tout d’abord, le côté transparent de la bulle était sale ce qui ne empêchait de profiter bien de la vue. Ensuite, le rideau était abimé et nous pouvions pas le fermer jusqu’au bout et donc le soleil est rentré dans la pod au petit matin ce qui nous a réveillé. Après, nous avons réservé le diner au restaurant des Cerniers qui se trouve à 20mn de marche de la pod. Hors, le genou de ma femme reste fragile suite à un accident il y a de ça 10 mois et l’administration a refusé d’organiser la voiturette pour l’aller et le retour. Finalement un service de livraison a pu être organisé à la pod mais moyennant 25fr (!) de frais de livraison. Le soir, nous n’avons pas pu utiliser le wifi car celui-ci ne marchait pas, apparemment à cause de la météo. Et dernièrement, nous avons oublié nos maillots de bain à la pod et nous avons donc contacté l’administration pour qu’ils nous les renvoient. Ils nous ont dit qu’ils devront nous facturer les frais de livraison. J’ai dû négocier pour que ces frais ne nous soient pas facturés, car j’estime qu’il est de bonne coutume de faire un geste commercial dans ce genre de cas. En résumé, ça ne vaut pas clairement pas son prix. Update : Le manager m’a appelé pour comprendre mon évaluation et m’a proposé de me rembourser les frais de livraison de 25.-. Un geste accepté mais qui frôle le ridicule pour un établissement qui se prétend luxueux. Fabien Cadez

It was the first time we stayed at an ecolodge and it was a great experience ! We stayed in a deluxe pod which is a good size with a nice sized bathroom (with an eco shower). The view is superb and you can enjoy it having a drink on the terrace. The restaurant serves nice, simple and local food as well as a nice breakfast buffet. It would be great to return in winter when everything is white

A real real real adventure/exotic/luxury experience in Switzerland. Not too much adventure to be considered risky for kids, and not at all your typical run of the mill resort. I came here based on the recommendation of my kids, who stopped over in White Pod a couple of years ago on their road trip through Europe. I chose the Pod (named Swiss) while my kids decided on trying the cabins ( they tried the Pod last time). The setting is beautiful, the staff are very friendly, the food is creative artistic and delicious, and the general manager is very hospitable. Definitely it deserves a second visit.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est incroyablement souriant, poli, aimable et toujours à l’écoute de nos besoins. C’est un vrai plaisir de séjourner dans un tel lieu d’exception, entouré par une équipe aussi formidable. Le dépaysement est total et l’immersion parfaite, avec un confort digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Nous avons séjourné dans un POD Famille, et c’était tout simplement parfait. Nous avons hâte de revenir cet hiver pour profiter de la vue imprenable et de la montagne recouverte de son manteau blanc. Un lieu à recommander sans hésitation !

Beautiful and magical experience to stay in one of the White Pods. Mesmerising views, absolutely helpful and friendly service (thanks a lot to Adrien and his crew). It is definitely glamping, as you have an oven heating in case cold, A/C in case hot, electricity, USB, shower, sink, drinkable tap water. Bonus: electric cars can be recharged for free.

High quality, luxury infrastructure, super cosy cabins, futuristic sustainable concept and design and very personal, professional service. Loved the social cabin ans Spa. And the two extraordinary restaurants. Only snow was missing in this beautiful nature.
