"Facility was nice. Customer Service was zero I was confronted by a customer service agent that decided she wanted to play games with sexual innuendo. She told me and my husband that I was gonna give him a whip tonight and also she said that is that your son or your husband I didn’t appreciate it. It was very unprofessional then to top it off. Alarm went off at 2:40 in the morning. We had to evacuate the hotel but false alarm And the coffee pot doesn’t work now you tell me if that was a good night or not I would like to have my refund or some points added to my account in lieu of this happening thank you Sharon Jackson Lucas"

"Viime aikoina valmisin pitkän matkan (noin 3 viikkoa) Sleep Inn & Suites Montgomery heidän King Suite, ja en voinut olla tyytyväinen. "Honestly it wasn’t HORRIBLE. The service was great! Staff was very friendly. And I felt like I had tons of privacy. BUT the rooms have this musty smell. Then I looked up and noticed all the mold on the ceiling everywhere. And the shower had like flaking paint and just gave me this overall grimy feeling. But everything else was very clean. AND I want to note that “breakfast” was just coffee and packaged honeybuns and sausage biscuit. Honestly I was okay with it but not what I was expecting."
