Luminosa Montezuma Hostel is located in Montezuma. The town center is a 7-minute walk away, while the Montezuma waterfall is a 2-minute walk away.
The beachfront hostel is ideal for enjoying a private retreat. A charming two story house with hammocks all around to contemplate the ocean view and relax with the sound of the waves. The house has direct access to the beach and a natural tidal pool.
The house is surrounded by gardens that provide frequent wildlife viewing.
The house is located in Montezuma, 984 feet from the entrance of the Montezuma waterfalls. We are only a 7 minute walk from town where there are supermarkets, restaurants, sodas and souvenirs.
Luminosa Montezuma Hostel offers private surf and Spanish lessons.

Lindo Hostel ubicado sobre una colina en Montezuma. está a 10 minutos a pie del centro y muy cerca de la cascada. El lugar está bien, tiene una vista increíble. Nosotras estuvimos en una habitación privada y resultó buena salvo por los colchones que eran un poco incómodos. El servicio de aire acondicionado se paga aparte. Tuvimos un problema con los controles del aire acondicionado y nos lo arreglaron en tiempo y forma. Es un buen lugar para conocer gente y pasar una estadía corta.

The place is a short walk yo the center and next to a good soda. Kitchen is good and beds are ok. The views are amazing and there are many hammock. We just found it had to mingle as everyone was minding their own business, even if it is a small hostel. Monkeys show up in late afternoon and there are resident dogs and cats. Good place to work remotely and peacefully. Good internet. More toilets would be a good addition.

A beautiful location tucked away in the small town of monte zuma. Although small, there’s lots to do around the area. This hostel is tucked about five minutes away from the area, right on the water with a private beach on either side. It seems beautiful any time of the day, and has a good sized kitchen with two cooking areas for multiple people. The bathrooms were a bit dirty, but they have staff there who cleans daily and maintains the property. It had a secure space to store your bags until you checked in, and the woman who runs it was EXTREMELY helpful and detailed on what this place had to offer.

This charming little hostel has carved a place in my heart. The building is simple, but cozy and clean. Staff welcoming and helpful. The view is simply breath-taking. There is a chilled, friendly vibe. The town at night is very quiet (in the low season at least). Grab a bottle of wine at any market and sip it while taking in the view. The overall experience is extremely pleasant.
