Everything was great. We used the hotel as a base to explore Monteverde and the Cloud Forest. The hotel is not centrally located, so you need a car to get there. However, this makes for a very peaceful stay. The price is reasonable (though the discount applied only if you paid in cash, which we only found out at the hotel). The staff is very friendly, offering advice on what to do or where to eat, and they helped us organize excursions to the zip lines and hanging bridges. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended hotel.

Good location, very helpful staff, great breakfast (plus you can use the kitchen for prepping your own food). Rooms did not have air con or dehumidifier so sheets and towels were damp throughout and were not changed over 3 days/2 nights (website claims daily room service which did not materialise)

Wir waren für 4 Nächte dort. Der Betreiber Tony, seine Familie und das Personal sind super freundlich und stehen für Fragen und Tipps immer zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer war mit zwei Queensize- Betten ausgestattet. Als sehr störend haben wir das extrem aus dem Waschbeckenausguss riechende Mini-Bad, welches insgesamt eine Modernisierung nötig hätte, empfunden. Wissen sollte man auch, dass die Zimmer hellhörig sind. Die tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer war picobello in Ordnung. Wenn man nicht essen gehen möchte, hat man die Möglichkeit, eine Gemeinschaftsküche zu nutzen. Parkplätze stehen vor dem Haus genügend zur Verfügung. Das angebotene Frühstück ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, der Kaffee super. Ansonsten ist die Lage sehr gut, fussläufig sind genügend Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe zu erreichen, ebenso wie der Ort St. Elena.

This was a great place to stay in the cloud forest. The rooms were perfect and breakfast was really good. The bonus for us was when the capuchin monkeys showed up after breakfast while we were getting ready to leave, so we got to give them bananas to eat. The staff was super friendly and always accomodating. They recommended a superb night tour and made arrangments for us to be picked up. You cannot go wrong with this place - it is a must stay!

La atención y las instalaciones excelentes, solo puntos a favor. El personal muy amable y atento. El desayuno genial y brindan recomendaciones de actividades, se avisan animales silvestres y el lugar es bellísimo

Extremely friendly staff, and Tonney won't let you leave for your daily activities until you've had his breakfast!! Fairly quiet (there is a small dirt road that runs adjacent to the property, where dirtbikes and ATV's occasionally go down, making noise), secluded property. Good location, outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown, but close enough to go for restaurants and activities! Rooms are a little small. Bathroom, including the shower, was less than 2 meters square. A lot of colorful birds around! We saw some wild parrots in the treetops!! Howler monkeys will wake you up at sunrise!! (we enjoyed hearing them :) )

Un hotel familiar en el que te sientes como en casa, un desayuno fantástico con los mejores pancakes que hayamos probado. Siempre en nuestro corazón Tony y su hotel. Volveríamos encantados, pura vida!!!

Personal (y família) muy agradable y acogedor. Por cualquier cosa estan ahí. Unos pancakes excelentes para desayunar. Te ayudan a reservar los tours por la zona y te dan muy buenas recomendaciones de donde ir y con qué empresas alquilarlos. Las habitaciones y espacios comunes muy limpias y cuidadas. Les recomendamos mucho ir, de verdad vale la pena! Saludos a Tony y a su família desde Banyoles (Girona)!

Perfecto, muy amables y atentos en su personal. El lugar precioso y con una perfecta habitación donde se puede contar con un lugar retirado y conectado con la naturaleza pero sin dejar de lado la comodidad de desplazamiento a restaurantes, centros de actividades. Perfecto lugar.
