You get your own home, complete privacy. Inside has everything you need, fridge is well stocked, all complimentary. Bed was super comfortable. I liked the pull down shade in which you had a projector to watch movies. The observation deck is spectacular. You'll see the most incredible sunsets ever.

What an amazing hotel in the rainforest. We had a Tiny House which was just perfect. It’s beautifully designed and furnished and the amenities are very nice. You really feel like you are alone in the middle of the forest. There is an observation deck where you can watch the most beautiful sunsets.

heaven on earth
This place is pure heaven on earth. so many little details that were a pleasant surprise. i wish i could stay longer. Sunset was breathtaking. and the little extra touches make this place a must visit. it is not just a room but an experience

The Amalu Monteverde has a very good view in the mountains and all time fresh air, sunshine with the hot tab. We enjoyed to stay inside the hotel with the very nature views inside the mountains. The staff is very nice and helpful. My family feels so good with the stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful surroundings. Peaceful and remote but everything you need to unwind and enjoy the stunning beauty. Attention to detail and thoughtful and kind staff. Views and sunsets are some of the most stunning I have seen. Comfortable everything!

Amalu in Monteverde was a quiet respite on the cloud forest. We stayed in the tiny house, one of 5 buildings on the site. The house is mostly glass, allowing you to enjoy the forest it sits in. There is an observatory deck for the complex that provides an expansive view of the valley. The hosts have designed a beautiful and comfortable space with an adequate kitchen, lovely hot tub, fireplace and heaters for cooler nights and a generous welcome gift. They were readily available for any questions and even arranged taxi services. We couldn't have had a better stay.

From the moment you arrive and draw up the electronically controlled shades on the windows you know that this is a special place. Combine that with a tidy cabin with all the modern conveniences one would need, make this a place you really don’t want to leave. To top it all off, we also had a well stocked fridge and chilled champagne waiting making our arrival extra special!! Lots of nearby activities to keep you busy—several which you can even walk to! We had an amazing time and look forward to returning!!

Un lugar increíble, una vista espectacular, todo equipado y con muchos detalles por parte del personal para mi esposa y para mi. Es una estancia que con muchísimo lujo y con la privacidad de estar rodeado de bosque, hacen una experiencia inmemorable. Sin lugar a dudas la mejor estancia en Monteverde.
