Siena 20 Km, 12 Km Chianti, Monteriggioni 4 km, Colle di Val d'Elsa 5 km, San Gimignano 15 km, Florence 40 km. Quiet location. The apartment is located on a gentle hill euf and is surrounded by a large fenced outdoor area overlooking uebers country. Country. In Community and easy remote is the swimming pool with overflow pool (6 x 12). Shared laundry room (washing machine). Shaded parking inside the Eigentuemes.
