Avoid This Townhouse at All Costs I’ve stayed in plenty of vacation rentals, but this place is in a league of its own when it comes to disappointment. First, the pricing is deceptive. The advertised rate is for 2 people, but they then hit you with an additional $62 per night for each extra guest. And don’t be fooled—this is NOT an all-inclusive stay. The extra charge provides nothing extra—no amenities, no perks, just a cramped space with a few beds. But the worst part? The overbearing, harassing behavior. They have someone watching you like a hawk every time you come or go. The second you step on the property, you feel like you’re under surveillance. Want to have visitors? You’d better get pre-approval from their office, and they can only stay for two hours. Yes, two hours. It's ridiculous. We only stayed here because we did not need the food and amenities of an all inclusive but we will finish our trip at Iberostar- my peace and safety is worth the few extra dollars. Communication is nonexistent. You won’t get any information about the property until you’ve already been there for hours. You’re left to figure everything out on your own. Neena, the so-called property manager, is the worst communicator I’ve ever encountered. She is rude, condescending, and utterly lacks any basic customer service skills. It's hard to believe anyone would treat paying guests this poorly. I’ve spent thousands on this rental, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else—this place is a scam!

The apartment was fairly clean and decent, what bothered us was the pool was suppose to close at 10:00 and there was a loud party until midnight. There is always bob wire fencing in the back of the unit, so that left us uncomfortable. We were suppose to get transportation to the airport, which did not happen. We barely made our flight and there is absolutely nothing to do in this area!

Please don’t stay here. These photos are catfish at its finest. When you pull up it looks like you are in a run down village. The nicest place Is the pool. When you check in they try and get you to play all of these fees. The showers have low water pressure. The air hardly works, they also have ants terrible and they are so light you can hardly see them. We also got bit all over. Please take my warning and run.
