Es war ein Bad mit Badewanne vorgesehen. Beim Check in wurde aufgrund Erkrankung der Wunsch nach einem Zimmer mit Dusche geäußert, welcher sofort erfüllt wurde. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sehr bequemes und großes Bett. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet. Trotz Gehbehinderung Pool sowie Strand bestens erreichbar. Würde sofort wieder buchen.

This is probably one of the oldest hotels in resort and therefore has an envious position backing onto the beach. There is a good pool, terraces and tennis courts plus outside snack bar to compliment the large restaurant and grand wood panelled bar. However, much of the hotel is rather dated and the rooms are basic and rather noisy.

Prima verblijf Ruime kamer met uitzicht op zee, dus veel zon overdag! Prima parkeren. Voor handdoeken voor strand is borg nodig van €20 Bedden prima, heerlijk, gevarieerd ontbijt Kamers gedateerd Grote badkamer met 2 wastafels, wc via opstapje op ongelukkige plek Perfecte locatie aan het strand

Lovely location Great location with a view of the beach from our balcony. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Would personally prefer a walk in shower to a bath/shower combo.

Definitely not a four star. Old and tattered bedrooms. Shower far too close to door causing bathroom door to warp leaving jagged edges. After being moved to second toom it was every bit as bad as previous. Food rubbish, cheap and very greasy, morning juice like water. Would definitely not recommend or return

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this wonderful hotel. Granted it was mid November and we got lucky with the weather as we both got well tanned. Our room had a sea view and what a view. The balcony was a good size. Our room was amazing with lots of storage, a comfy massive bed, a really good bathroom with both shower and bath. Our room was cleaned daily with towel change etc. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. The Jet2 experience from Airport to Hotel was as usual very good both ways. The food be it breakfast or Dinner was top notch. Buffet style with lots of choices and all piping hot. The soup was delicious every day. Desserts were well tasty with 4 choices of ice cream as well as cakes and flans etc. Lots of fruit always available. Great value as we were half board. The pool is one of the best we have been too, plenty of sunbeds with plenty of room around the pool. Plenty of space throughout the grounds to sunbathe or just chill. Its a short walk to the boardwalk and the beach. Crazy golf is free and lots of fun. There are all nationalities of people at this hotel and mainly seniors. It worked for us because we wanted to be invisible and just chill. Everyone was pleasant and polite. We were lucky enough to be there during the sand races and had a prime view from our balcony. We arrived on the 17th and were slightly worried about everything being shut however plenty of places were open be it shops, bars , cafes etc. We had simply the best time ever and are looking at a March spring break. Its true that the hotel looks dated as it is the oldest hotel on the Algarve however it holds its charm and is classy. The bar is worth a visit as there is entertainment every night, mainly music but toe tappingly good. This Hotel is definitely a hidden Gem offering superb value for money
