Very beautiful, rustic cottage "Agrumi", surrounded by meadows and fields. 5 km from the centre of Montecatini Terme, 1.5 km from the centre of Monsummano Terme, 40 km from the centre of Firenze, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 61 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 25'000 m2 (fenced). Barbecue. Private: large terraced garden, 3'000 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and trees, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 24.Oct.). The house is spacious, has good bedrooms and beds. The furniture, especially the kitchen, is a bit dated. The friendly owner only speaks Italian and that makes communication difficult.

the house is outdated, mold on the walls, second bathroom can not be called a bathroom, plates, bags and glasses were dirty pots and pans were dirty, fridge far too small for 6 to 8 people, access road to the house not cared for, so scratches in the car,
