Sin duda un hotel a recomendar. Excelente el hotel, instalaciones, decoración , limpieza, servicio de desayuno y restaurante ; excelente la ubicación y el entorno,. Quiero destacar también la amabilidad y profesionalidad de los trabajadores , especialmente Tania y Noelia siempre atentas y dispuestas a satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes , aconsejándonos rutas y lugares a visitar que hicieron que disfrutáramos de un fin de semana inolvidable.

Let me start by saying that this is a beautiful hotel and does have some wonderful amenities and a great restaurant. The hotel is beautifully done with excellent landscaping and breathtaking views of the area. The food is also very good and they have a great chef. We also really enjoyed the pool. With that being said, this hotel is in no way a 5 start hotel. If it wants to taut that it is one, thenI I have to judge/review accordingly. Things that were lacking: 1. A sense of organization. Our first night at dinner, we waited 15 minutes for someone to seat us and another 25 minutes before we even received water or acknowledgment. They also “misplaced” our car keys. They’d been accidentally given to another hotel guest. Luckily they figured it out and resolved the issue. I will give them credit, they did go out of their way to ensure we were comfortable while we waited for the keys but this shouldn’t have happened. 2. Air conditioning. The temperature outside ranged from the low 70s F to mid 80s during the day. The A/C units struggled to keep the inside hotel room temperature and main dining room at or below 73F. I mentioned this to the front desk twice. They looked at it a assured the changed the settings and it would improve. Never happened. 3. Not the same experience for all. I saw multiple guests get different treatment. Minus a quick synopsis about the hotel, we were not shown around, nor did they offer any information about the spa or winery. I guess it pays to walk around with a selfie stick. 4. The smell and the bugs. I do understand this use the be and partially still is an equestrian location. It is wonderful the see the beautiful horses running around; however, it seems the stalls are either too close or downwind of the hotel and can be smelt. In addition to the smell, the flies are awful and limited our time outside. Not as big of a deal for me but less of a romantic setting for my wife. 5. Lack of service for a boutique 5 start hotel. I do think they were possibly short staffed. The bartenders had no idea about drinks and had to review a book to mix them. We had some help with our bags on the way in but nothing on the way out. No turn down service. Again one night, the dinner service was awful. I will say it was much better the second night. Really no one at the pool for service. 6. Lastly and minor things. Coffee cups on rooms not cleaned well and bath/shower combo were odd and harder to get in and out of. Overall, I’d say this is an okay possible 4 star hotel. Is it a beautiful place to stay, with nice rooms, and a pleasant staff. The restaurant is really nice and I had some great dishes. Would I stay here again, probably not. Is it worth staying if you’re passing through, maybe not.

Idyllic setting with far reaching views, lovely architecture and room design. Excellent food with fresh local ingredients, own wine from the estate. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. It’s quite a drive from Valencia, but once up in the mountains the scenery is lovely. There is a nice pool and spa, but the outdoor pool was closed when we visited in late October.

El lugar donde esta enclavado el hotel es de cuento de hadas. Permite, al mismo tiempo, desconectar de la rutina y tener la intimidad que mezcla exclusividad y cuidado personal. Cada rincón esta cuidado con mimo. Una de las cosas que más nos gusto fue los diferentes espacios que tienen para tomar algo o picar con vistas al bosque y la montaña. Da la sensación de que está ahí solo para ti. La comida del restaurante exquisita. Nos dieron a escoger entre varios menús, con maridaje o sin él. Comenzamos con una cata de aceites que conquistó a los niños. íbamos con dos niños (de 2 y 4 años, quien ha sacado las fotografías del entorno,) y el personal tuvo muchísimo tacto y respeto hacía ellos. Lo que más disfrutaron fue ver a los caballos que hay en la finca y la piscina del hotel al aire libre.

Hotel ubicado en un marco incomparable , habitaciones modernas y espaciosas ,restaurante buenísimo , y que decir del personal del hotel , que es maravilloso ( Noelia , Carla , Lola , margarita....) hacen que la estancia sea agradable , confortable y especial

Hemos tenido una cena excelente. Todos los platos equilibrados y deliciosos, incluyendo la degustacion de aceites. Mención especial al ternasco, de los mejores que he probado en mi vida. La atencion de Cielo, Sonsoles y Daniel ha sido excelente. Felicidades a todos.
