Great views from the tree tops house and from the main deck Amazing staff always help with carrying bags and always very nice Good pool it's infinity and it looks over the stunning park Definitely go it was a great experience for me and my family

Service was brilliant and the rooms were amazing. Staff was always very helpful and polite asking to take bags all the time. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve been to so far due to the rooms and service. Would like to say a special thank you to clay for taking care of us and always being very welcoming.

Absolutely incredible experience. The manager Clay is superb, and so is all the staff. Butlers, house keepers, wait staff - so warm and hospitable. The property is very well kept, food amazing and the best bit - the small things and attention to detail. Like the personalized notes and little gifts in the room. And beautiful water bottles with bead work supporting the local community - exceptional. Thank you team for a super experience. We're sure to recommend our family, friends and guests here!

Wonderful location, treetop glamping, and wildlife. Would go again if more affordable. The outdoor shower, baobab location! and the 1920s feel to decor were amazing. Best of all; the treetop location!! Loved every minute and wish it were more affordable.

We had an amazing 3 day stay at Treetops. The GM, Clay, was present, engaged and made sure you had a great time. Stan and Frederick were our guides and they were the BEST! Stan loves being around the animals and it shows. He was the most experienced guide on our 11 day trip. He taught us so much and provided what was truly one of the most memorable experiences for all of us. Frederick is a positive young man with an infectious energy about animals but especially the birds. We learned so much from both of them. They were the start of our Safari adventure in Tanzania and I can’t thank them and the Treetops staff for a 5+ star experience!

We came for the animals but we fell in love with the people. Service was exemplary. Smiles were infectious. And the FOOD! Oh my! Witness fed us the most beautifully presented food that tasted even better than it looked. I wish I could stay longer.

Unique and luxurious experience. Their staff is so kind, so welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make your stay the most comfortable and memorable. Every meal we had was absolutely delicious! The entire property is so clean and inviting, and the cabins are very well equipped and comfortable. The indoor/outdoor experience is remarkable, and we will definitely visit again if we ever make it back to Africa!
