Hotel Casino New Brunswick

This was a great experience. Very clean and friendly staff. Would stay here more often

We attended a concert at the casino so staying at the hotel was ideal. Room and service were great.

Very nice hotel. Will be back for sure. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Continental breakfast would have been nice

We had a great stay and enjoyed the casino. Room was nice and staff were friendly!

Fantastic place to stay we will book here again

Shortly after checking in, we noticed several small blood spots on the bed sheets. We contacted guest services, and housekeeping responded promptly to replace the bedding, which we appreciated. As we continued to inspect the room, we noticed additional questionable splatters on the bathroom wall and it looked like the counter with the coffee maker was not cleaned at all. We also found that the bedside lamp was damaged, with the shade torn, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall and there was a layer of dust covering the tv remote and headboard. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud. We were extremely disappointed by the condition of the room. We paid over $300 for our one night stay. The condition of the room did not meet the standard we expected for the price paid. I sent an email to the hotel expressing our disappointment and have yet to receive a reply. We will not be returning to this hotel.
