Stayed one night while travelling. Close to restos and shops. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. Given the season and general price of hotels this was a nice find at this price point.

Alex Thorne the GM and team were top notch! We loved staying there. The room was a perfect size for our family plus 1 to have a birthday celebration for my daughter . The pool was fantastic for the kids with the water slide . We had great views of the river and downtown plus we could walk anywhere from the location.(anyone goung to an event Avenir Centre is a close walk) We would love to stay again!

We were on a tour and the Windjammer restaurant was designated for the evening. Our tour director said it was really good and that was an understatement. It was excellent. We had four or five different waitstaff - all were engaging and professional. The classic table side prepared Caesar salad was terrific as was the preparer. The entrees and flaming strawberry desert were delicious. The interior design was sophisticated.

Front desk staff were very helpful, room was very average at best, bathrooms look like they hadn't been updated in a long time. Nothing over the top wrong with the hotel or the rooms just not a great stay. Would likely not rush back to stay here.

The Delta Beausjour has always been my go to hotel in Moncton. This time was not so great. At 4pm check-in there were about 50-75 people lined up for approximately an hour trying to get checked in . Once I got to the check-in desk I was told my room still wasn't ready. Was in town for an event and felt very rushed. Unenjoyeable stay at the Delta.

We had 3 rooms booked for a concert in Moncton. When we got to the hotel our rooms were not ready. We had dinner reservations, so we all got dressed in the public washroom and put our luggage back in the car. They told us they would call when our room was ready and it never happened. We went to supper and went back to the hotel. We grabbed our luggage and went backnim thinking our rooms would be ready for sure. When we got there there was 50+ people in the lobby so we took our luggage back to our cars and went to the concert. Still have not been able to check in, and now it's 10:00 pm. We got the front desk, and they had everything messed up. They tried to rectify it by offering us free breakfast. When we finally got to our rooms, we were supposed to have king-size beds, and only one room had this.
