"It's showing its age with a dusty charm of the past. It's okay, but the staff aren't very friendly or helpful, especially at reception. We had to wait over four hours before we could check into our rooms, even though the agency had promised punctual occupancy. Absolutely terrible, and for us, a reason to no longer recommend this hotel, which isn't very guest-oriented, even to the tour operator."
