Mai più. Mare sporco. Pulizia scadente. Cibo abbondante ma scarsa qualità. Posizione poco favorevole.

This is a case of you pay for what you get, but for the same price, we stayed in much nicer hotels and guest houses in Tunisia throughout our trip. The positives; the hotel is affordable and in a decent location, within walking distance of the beach, the pool is also great and the food was good. The downsides; The hotel is very outdated and aged, the bedding cushions, bed spreads, napkins and table cloths were all stained and worn (the cotton bed sheets were fine however). Some of our bathroom towels were not washed and cleaned at all, our hand towel still had the previous guests make up wiped on it. The aircon in our room didn't work, so we had to sleep with the balcony sliding doors open, which made for a nosey nights sleep. The reception staff and some of the other staff were professional and friendly, but in the main, the waiters and kitchen staff treated you like they were doing you a favour, some didn't even bother to help when asked - like for a menu or a drink for example. Some of the attitudes I saw towards other guests, was very poor. When we paid for our dinner, our 35 Tunisian Denar meal, suddenly became 45, clearly the rest was going to be pocketed so we refused to pay the extra fee that came out of no where. To be brutally honest, that was the worst customer service we had experienced in a hotel to date. Overall the guests at the hotel we fine but there were some very drunk guests, literally falling over and stumbling everywhere, with one girl was so drunk, she didn't even realize her boob was hanging out of her bikini. We were so happy to get out of there when we checked out.. The worst hotel we had stayed in in Tunisia.

If I could rate this 0 out of 5 I would. Unsure where to start, we booked this holiday for a ten day all include break and after the third day we were that disappointed that we spent additional money to book early flights home. I don’t consider myself to have high expectations, especially in a developing country however this “resort” ruined our family holiday. Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by a member of staff who made no effort at all. During our check in at the desk we had to wait whilst there was a heated argument between this man and a guest who was being told that he had to pay to borrow pool towels, when they were finally passed over there were tatty with tears and threads hanging of them. We were informed of the required tourist tax and we asked to pay ( we were already aware of this and were fine with it however we normally pay on check out). After this we were taken to our room. It was during this walk that my stomach dropped and I felt sick. The carpets were full of stains, fire escape lights with no bulbs in and burn marks around them, cctv cameras with cut cables, the distinct smell of damp and old cigarettes…. The room were were placed in has absolutely no resemblance to ANYTHING displayed on the website (love holidays). There were sockets hanging off the wall, light fittings bent and broken, stains on the bedding, broken air conditioning, the door was split as if it had been broken into and the list goes on. My wife went to the desk and requested to be changed rooms after explaining all this. Reluctantly they agreed and found another room for us…. Again no resemblance to anything that was advertised. More sockets hanging off the wall and broken air conditioning, mini fridge that barely worked, outside door that didn’t seal properly…. As for the food…. None of us ate for the 3 days that were the there. The food on offer was completely horrific with no variety at all, standard salad, tasteless meat stew, watery mash, and burnt fish. All the drinks were warm, no bbq, snack bar or A La Carte restaurant (advertised). On the second day my daughter developed a fever and as she hadn’t eaten anything we were getting increasingly worried. We managed to persuade the hotel to make us some chips (reluctantly they agreed as if was before the 7pm buffet time). I then asked if they could give us some ketchup only to be told no and that the sauce would be available at 7pm!! This was the final nail in the already shut coffin. We arranged flights back and when we went to check out the staff couldn’t understand what the issue was. They refused to return the outstanding tourist tax which we paid for the remaining days and let us leave without as much as an apology. In addition to all this - No entertainment Indoor pool closed No darts Water machines unplugged and plugs appeared burnt Beach bar closed Private beach covered in rubbish The safe provided in the room requires you to pay at the reception for the key 24 hour infirmary

À éviter absolument ! Ne vous laissez pas tromper par les quelques commentaires positifs ou les photos flatteuses de cet hôtel. Nous avions prévu de rester 8 jours, mais avons changé d'hôtel après seulement 3 jours. L'hôtel est vieillissant et semble figé dans les années 90. Le personnel est peu accueillant et non serviable. Chaque demande pour résoudre un problème dans la chambre donne l'impression de quémander un service. L'accès à la piscine intérieure dépend de l'humeur du maître-nageur, et il faut quasiment supplier pour y avoir accès. Non merci ! Quant au buffet, il est loin d'être varié et surtout, la fraîcheur des aliments laisse à désirer : des desserts douteux et des fruits littéralement pourris. L'emplacement n'aide pas : rien aux alentours. Sousse et Monastir sont à 10 minutes, mais les rares taxis présents demandent jusqu'à 5 fois le prix normal, ce qui rend épuisant de devoir constamment négocier. La plage "privée" se trouve de l'autre côté d'une route, et elle est jonchée de déchets et de sacs-poubelle visibles. L'équipe d'animation se résume à 5 ou 6 animateurs, mais ils sont inactifs : soit scotchés à leur téléphone, soit en train de se rapprocher des clients qu'ils jugent "rentables" pour obtenir des pourboires. Il n'y a aucun snack pour le all-inclusive et les boissons sont soit ultra sucrées, soit indisponibles. Pour couronner le tout, l'hôtel triche sur le taux de change (3.20 au lieu de 3.32), même quand on leur montre le taux réel sur Google. Le seul point positif : les femmes de ménage, souriantes et efficaces. À part cela, fuyez ! Nous sommes partis après 3 jours sans qu'on nous pose la moindre question ni qu'on nous propose un quelconque geste commercial.

Hotel w porządku. Basen super, pokój jak na zdjęciach. Pan basenowy przynosił materace na leżaki bez konieczności opłaty. Napoje w szkle nawet przy basenie, jeżeli tak się chce. jedzenie ok, my mało jemy i wymagamy. Super były takie pępuchy robione przy posiłkach o przy basenie. Słaby punkt to animatorzy. Jeden gwiazdor. Cos robili, ale ogólnie słabo. Dobrze, ze mogliśmy prosić o określoną piosenkę i ja puszczali i można było tańczyć. Fajne było to , że leżaków nie trzeba było rezerwować. Raz wrócliślmy z wycieczki ok. 15.00 i leżaki były wolne. Przytłaczające korytarze hotelu.

Came here 6 years ago in season was fantastic. This time despite no snackbar the entertainment team made it the best it could be. Bar man Ash amazing man he does what he can when he can for you. Pool attendants very friendly help out wher they need to. Shop on site is great for essentials but very expensive the camel shop just up the road is better. The pool is just beautiful cold at first but then u adjust. I wanna say a massive thank you to ALI, BRUNO, SNOOP, BENGALA (bungle) , For making our holiday the best time. Please of u book this hotel tip where you can these guys work all day long for not much and they r all amazing people. Thank you to all at liberty for making our holiday enjoyable 😉 we love you all xxx

Very good animation team. Im first time in this hotel. I will be back next year Good rooms very good services good foods in the resteurant. Pleasant atmoshere. Big pool clean water 25° degrees. Good vacation .............................

Polecam serdecznie hotel,pokoje są czyste,obsługa miła ,a animatorzy zadbają o wieczorne atrakcje.Animatorzy mówią po polsku i bardzo są pomocni♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️jedzonko jest zróżnicowane,co dziennie podają co innego na bufet.Naprawde polecam gorąco
