Great hotel ..staff were great...spotless...food was fantastic as was leisure complex..had a ball And great time.. definitely be back.

Love this hotel. We go for over night breaks twice a year. Love the pool and jacuzzi Restaurant is always very tasty. Highly recommend

My wife booked this hotel last minute as a getaway before our kids went back to college. She was also dealing with the death of a close friend. It was supposed to be enjoyable and relaxing, but we didn't get that. We were drinking in the bar. There was food being served, and we told the staff we only wanted a drink, and she told us to sit anywhere we wanted. Over an hour later, I went to the toilet, and a waitress approached my wife and told her that she needed the table and to move out to the lobby. She wasn't offered any of the other two seaters in the bar or offered to help move the drink. I went to reception to complain to the reception staff. One of them tried to blame a new system in the hotel. I told them that didn't excuse the waitresses attitude. They got the duty manger that made more excuses for the waitress. We were offered a free drink which I declined. I told them I didn't feel comfortable being served food or drink in the bar after what happened. We ended up getting a takeaway from a local kebab shop. We then sat in the lobby, and I went to the bar and got our drinks. I avoided cocktails because I didn't think I was gonna get a decent service off anyone in the bar because the staff barely addressed me or my wife for the rest of our stay. I still don't know why the duty manager wanted our room number because nothing came of it, and it left us feeling uncomfortable. Why did she ask for it in the first place ? I complained to the manager the next morning. She listened to what happened, and that was the end of it. The staff are poorly trained at dealing with customers, and breakfast had no one working at the door or food counters when we arrived in. Wouldn't recommend the place to anyone. Go to the four seasons instead

Very nice hotel in a great location. Fabulous food and reasonably priced. Friendly, helpful staff. Would recommend. Lots of parking.

We arrived for our two day stay excited as the hotel hod come recommended by a friend of a friend, we had contacted the hotel pryer to our stay to ask if we could stay in the sensory room and were delighted when we were allocated the room, while the room itself was nice the temperature was so incredibly stifiling and had no air con, even though there was a control knob on the wall it clearly had no control at all, we requested a fan that was promptly delivered to the room but was so full of dust it blew it all over the room before we spotted it, There was no information pack in the room for details about restaurant/bar/ breakfast/pool times, these were given verbally when we arrived ( to much info to retain) we were also given the wrong time for the pool closing. We ate in the bar the first evening, food basic enough, cutlery thrown down on the table, the bar person continued to throw glass bottles into a container behind the bar with such force and noise that it scared the life out of us each time, there was a lady in the bar in her pajamas with no shoes or socks on. The pool area was nice, bathroom was clean and the children enjoyed watching a movie on the final night in the cinema room and the two ladies that took them seemed very nice. All in all it was a disappointing stay, probably pushing a four star rating, not sure if we would return again.

We booked Sunday lunch for the family we all have young kids so we got a room to keep everyone together and kids could play without making noise on other guests , Sharon was very accommodating with the booking and offered us a great service and food was delicious we will definitely be back
