I recently visited Blue Coconut expecting a comfortable stay accompanied by quality service. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. The lack of urgency, professionalism, and genuine care for guests left me feeling undervalued. While the property itself may meet expectations, the service does not align with the standards a guest should expect from a hotel establishment. I strongly encourage management to prioritize staff training and improve their approach to customer service. A guest’s experience relies heavily on how they are treated, and unfortunately, this aspect fell short during my stay. I hope to see improvements in the future but, for now, cannot recommend Blue coconut based on my experience.
