Neptune Beach Resort - All Inclusive

Nous avons passé 7 jours merveilleux au Neptune Beach. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par l’accueil chaleureux et le professionnalisme du personnel, que ce soit à la réception, au restaurant ou au bar. L’hôtel est propre et bien entretenu, avec des jardins agréables et une piscine impeccable. Les serviettes de piscine sont fournies tous les jours, ce qui est très pratique. C’est un petit hôtel familial, parfait pour ceux qui cherchent un séjour tranquille. Même en pleine saison, nous avons trouvé que la fréquentation était agréable et peu encombrée. La possibilité de faire du change sur place, ainsi que la petite boutique à l’intérieur, sont un vrai plus. Le bar et le restaurant sont très agréables : service disponible jusqu’à minuit, avec des options comme frites, clubs sandwich et hot-dogs de 10h à 18h, et une restauration variée pour tous les goûts. La chambre était faite tous les jours, ce qui contribue grandement au confort du séjour. Nous avons également profité des excursions organisées par Conciergerie By Erine et Omar Tour Safari Kenya : • 2 jours à Tsavo Est • 1 journée pour le safari bleu à Wasini • 1 journée découverte des ruines de Gede / île de Robinson avec un super restaurant et le canyon de Marafa Tout était parfaitement organisé et fluide, ce qui a rendu nos aventures inoubliables. En résumé, Neptune Beach est un hôtel charmant, confortable et accueillant, idéal pour un séjour détente en bord de mer tout en profitant d’excursions bien planifiées. Nous en gardons un excellent souvenir et le recommandons sans hésitation !

Neptune beach resort is actually one of the best hotels we have stayed in . From arrival till leaving it was a dream stay … I have. Never met such amazing staff ll Caleb at reception is the most helpful and caring staff member that went above and beyond to make mine and my grandpas stay comfortable…….grandpa took poorly and Caleb always made sure the doctor was called , Caleb would always be first on hand if he seen grandpa struggling with his mobility offering a wheelchair to use . through this hotel the staff where the friendliest there is . the rooms where throughly cleaned and comfortable, the food was lovely plenty of choice and plenty of it no faults …. Nothing is ever to much for the staff . The swimming pool was large and nice there where towels and sun loungers always available . entertainment team were great . A few steps to the most dreamiest of beaches …… I will be returning !! The staff make this hotel amazing.

I decided to take a walk to the facility in Mombasa and probably consider a booking. On arriving, the guard gave me a weird look and asked where I was heading to. I told him and he refused to open the gate. He chased me and uttered some words. I understood it's because I didn't come in driving. Went to the next facility where will spending 4 nights. The customer service there is top-notch and the place is full. Do such hotels understand what they lose with poorly trained staff at the point of entry? One of these days I would like to meet one of the directors of Neptune and ask him qualifications of accessible Neptune. That name all inclusive should be out to action

Die Zimmer sind klasse, gross, sauber, AC funktioniert prima. Das Essen wiederholt sich leider alle 3 Tage--- eher durchschnittlich gut aber nicht herausragend. Lage top, direkt am Strand. Die Angestellten alle sehr ! lieb und freundlich , erfüllen jeden Wunsch. Allerdings das Publikum eine Katastrophe---- soviele dicke und häßliche Leute auf einem Fleck, unglaublich---man kann wirklich nicht rechts oder links schauen. Sehr viele Franzosen.....Tagsüber totale DJ Beschallung, immer laut, die Musikboxen bis zum Anschlag laut. Also wer es mag, bitte. Aber mit Ruhe und Romantik hat das gar nichts zu tun !!!!! Ehrlich gesagt, einmal und nie wieder !!!!!

Hôtel a taille humaine, très appréciable. Le buffet est très bien, les chefs sont aux petits soins avec nous. La literie est impeccable. L'équipe d'animation du club Lookea est très professionnelle, mention spéciale a Clément qui nous a fait passer un très bon séjour. Claire et Gilles

L'hôtel, de taille humaine, est situé au bord d'une grande plage et dispose d'un personnel souriant et aimable. Ma chambre était munie des éléments de confort indispensables. Quant à la nourriture, elle n'a suscité de ma part aucune critique. Enfin, merci à l'équipe TUI, notamment à Sandy pour l'aide qu'elle m'a apportée. Que demander de plus?
