Neptune Beach Resort - All Inclusive

Hôtel un peu vétuste les chambres sont grandes bien équipé les personnel est gentils accueil chambre cuisine extérieur la restauration est un peu répétitive les bars sont biens .. l’équipe lookea est top Quentin cam Clem tyty Thomas et Sandy sont une belle équipe un beau pays a visité

Enjoyed my stay at Neptune beach resort. The staff was friendly and they had awesome food to enjoy each day. The buffet had really good fresh salads and made to order any omelettes, crepes and waffles. The lounge chairs were comfortable and the security helped keep monkeys and crows away from your food BUT don't leave your food unattended or they will get it! The best beach view and entertainment of the locals trying to sell anyone who walks on the beach stuff! Negotiate hard otherwise you can buy somethings at the local Carrefour grocery store cheaper. The rooms are clean and tips mean a lot to the people (remember they work hard and don't make alot) so if you tip you get great service as you would anywhere. Ask for an ocean or pool view otherwise you'll get a tree view but it's private. We did not venture out at night outside of our resort but did take a Tuk tuk around during the day. I would recommend this hotel and nice gift shops too :)

This was the first time to Neptune Beach Resort. The staff are all excellent Danson and Nixon around the pool worked tirelessly in the heat to ensure you had what you needed for the day nothing was to much for these guys. The bar staff Douglas, Gibson, Tobias, Hassan, Frederick were all great they were all a ray of sunshine with a great smile and a happy outlook. This is a small hotel which appealed to us the pool was cleaned every morning and all the leaves from the trees were all swept away and the grounds were clean every day. The grounds were also the play area for a troop of monkeys which gave countless moments of fun watching them play. The trees in the grounds also gave shade from the sun if you wanted to get out of the direct heat. The food was good there was a good selection and always hot. All in all would I return, absolutely looking towards 2 years time. Once again all the staff are excellent but a great thanks to the guys I've mentioned above for making this a memorable experience.

This property is nice, but the pool was small pool and the sun chairs had no umbrellas. It was shaded however you had to move your chair often due to the sun/shade depending on time of day. But overall, it was a good experience. Rooms were nice and clean but noisy hallways.

Bonjour hotel a taille humaine bon accueil la décoration agréable le personnel aux petits soins souriant agréable notre chambre jolie et propre petit bémol sur le réglage de la douche et prévoir adaptateur. après la piscine la pelouse où il y a les transats très confortable avec matelas et accès direct à la mer vue magnifique la nourriture très bonne international un super barbecue les animateurs sympas tout les soirs une animation et danse nous avons fait un safari photo splendide on a pleins les yeux en plus nous étions bien accompagner Camille et Alexia qui travaillent pour tui et lookéa qui faisaient un reportage super agréable très professionnelle on sent qu'elles aiment leurs travail elles mettais toujours en avant leurs agences remarquable !!! J espère pouvoir voir leurs reportage que dire de plus a oui nous avons fait un tour jusqu a la barrière de corail une visite de sculpture de bois juma un local rencontrer sur la plage nous l a proposer le prix correct bon j avoue on a un peu marchander voilà de super vacances a
