Απογοήτευση! Τα επίπεδα εξυπηρέτησης εξαιρετικά χαμηλά. Στη ρεσεψιόν λες και έπρεπε να συνδεθεί ένας με ένα σε μηχάνημα για να εξυπηρετήσουν. Η κράτηση ήταν δίκλινο με παιδί και βρίσκουμε διπλό κρεβάτι με δυο στρώματα. Χρειάστηκε να καλέσω 4 φορές στη ρεσεψιόν για να έρθουν και μετά τον μεσημεριανό υπνο. Στην πισινα κυνηγάμε το προσωπικο για παραγγελια και στα σπα μάλλον δεν θέλουν να δουλευουν εκει, αλλιώς δεν εξηγείται η συμπεριφορά τους. Οι καμαριέρες το πιο ευγενικό προσωπικο του ξενοδοχείου θα έλεγα.

We enjoyed our stay at Mitsis Galini hotel. The stuff was friendly, the room had a nice view of the sea and the pool and both the dinner and the breakfast were above the expectations. We will definitely come back!

Καταπληκτική πισίνα! Οι ιαματικές δεν με τρέλαναν το φαγητό και ο μπουφές πλούσιο και νόστιμο. Οι εγκαταστάσεις （κυρίως το δωμάτιο） για 5 αστέρων δεν ήταν, ωστόσο για την τιμή του ήταν οκ. Το σπά αδιάφορο και η υποδοχή όχι και τόσο ευγενική. Ενα τεράστιο αρνητικό είναι τα άπειρα κουνούπια που υπήρχαν （εντός του δωματίου） που είναι απόλυτα λογικό με βουνό απο τη μια θάλασσα απο την άλλη και 3 πισίνες μπροστά, ωστόσο απο 5 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο θα περίμενα τουλάχιστον ένα αντικουνουπικό στο δωμάτιο!!

Excellent staff but the amenities need a renovation. Throughout the years amenities such as water jets in outdoor pools have stopped working and have never been fixed.

This hotel needs some serious upgrading, hotel rooms are basic and functional but old. We arrived at the hotel and the receptionist was quite off, no smile was offered and it took about 20 minutes to check in which was frustrating. When checking out I popped our key card in the large glass bowl on the reception desk with the many others and the receptionist (same one that checked us in) said No - you still need that so you know which room to check out of!! I assured her I could remember the room number I had just left!!! Not very friendly in the slightest and again not a smile in sight, or asking how was our stay. It is very noisy in the corridors as the acoustics are terrible, chairs scraping the floor above you late at night and early morning. Only had breakfast in the hotel which was buffet, the food was cold and felt like I was in a soulless dining room. It served it's purpose for a bed for the night but that is about it. Just felt the hotel really lacked some homely feels and was quite sterile. Lots of restaurants around the hotel you can eat out at. It's basically a large corporate which just isn't our vibe! The scenery is absolutely beautiful with the ocean and mountains.

I cannot review the actual sleeping facilities as I was not staying there but was there for a backgammon event every day. The main issue is that this is an expensive 5 star hotel which should allow to be able accessible for disabled persons. THIS WAS DEFINATELY A NO NO! A friend in a wheelchair could not move around as there were no ramps, many steps and no rails in the bathroom. There were no disability rooms. Also, the bar had NO DRAFT BEER! This hotel has a lot to learn if it thinks it is a five star hotel.

In general good. Nice staff. Clean and silent. Food ok, but buffet not my preferred option, difficult to get fish or meat cooked as you like, or avoid getting cold. Also, it shows that the property has several decades already

Πεντάστερο των οπισθίων.. Μας χρέωσαν διπλά τον φόρο διανυκτέρευσης. Μια μόλις φτάσαμε και μια μόλις πήγαμε να φύγουμε. Κάτι μετά από παράπονα μας τα επέστρεψαν. Επίσης η τουαλέτα δεν ήταν τελείως καθαρή και οι πολυθρόνες στο δωμάτιο είχαν στάμπες βρωμιάς. Επίσης την μέρα της αναχώρησης μπούκαραν μέσα στις 10 το πρωί και δεν ήμασταν καν ντυμένοι. Λίγοι τρόποι δεν βλάπτουν!

Ένα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο με γιορτινή ατμόσφαιρα, ζεστό και φιλικό περιβάλλον! Περάσαμε φανταστικά τόσο εμείς όσο και τα παιδιά μας, που απόλαυσαν πλήρως το εορταστικό κλίμα και τις δραστηριότητες με την κ. Δήμητρα. Ιδιαίτερες ευχαριστίες στον κ. Δόση, διευθυντή του Galini, την κ. Βιολέτα, υπεύθυνη housekeeping,τον κ.Τσιμπίδα F&B manager , καθώς και στο προσωπικό του μπαρ, του εστιατορίου και της καθαριότητας, οι οποίοι εργάζονται με αγάπη για να προσφέρουν εξαιρετικές υπηρεσίες! Δεν μπορούμε να παραλείψουμε το εξαιρετικό spa του ξενοδοχείου, που προσφέρει ό,τι καλύτερο για ευεξία και ομορφιά. Ευχαριστούμε θερμά την κ. Βάσια, spa manager, και την καταπληκτική ομάδα της! Ανυπομονούμε να σας επισκεφθούμε ξανά, Mitsis Galini!

Ήταν όλα άψογα!!!Ξεκινώντας από ένα θερμό καλωσόρισμα του προσωπικού front office και ιδικά της Αναστασία με λεπτομερή πληροφορίες για την καλύτερη δυνατή διαμονή μας,όπως και το άψογο service του προσωπικού του bar/coffee/restaurant!!!!Το spa ήταν απίστευτα χαλαρωτικό και ευεργετικό!!!!!!Θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα του χρόνου!!!

Ενα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο,γιορτινό,ζεστό και φιλικό! Περάσαμε καταπληκτικά εμείς και τα παιδιά μας τα οποία ευχαριστήθηκαν όλο το εορταστικό κλίμα καθώς και τις δραστηριότητες μαζί με την κ.Δημητρα! Ιδιαίτερες ευχαριστίες στον κ.Δόση διευθυντή του galini την κ.Βιολέτα housekeeping manager και όλη τη διοίκηση chef,F&B,Maitre,sales manager,καθώς και όλο το προσωπικό στο μπαρ,στο εστιατόριο και στην καθαριότητα οι οποίοι είναι εδώ και προσφέρουν με αγάπη τις υπηρεσίες τους! Δεν μπορούμε βέβαια να μην αναφερθούμε στο εξαιρετικό spa του ξενοδοχείου που παρέχει ό,τι καλύτερο για ευεξία και ομορφιά!!ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ την κ.Βασια spa manager και όλη την υπέροχη ομάδα της!! 2* service and food. Total disappointment for us. 1. Rooms. They are very dated. It felt like 1980 style. 2. The door was open to the terrace. So our room was full of mosquitoes when checking in. Everyday after house keeping had been in our room they opened the door again and we had flies etc when arriving back at the room after dinner. 3. Fridge/minibar didn’t work they did fix it say 2 4. Very bad beds. 2 singles pushed together and very old. 5. Food quality. 1-2 out of 10 6. Service in restaurants 1 out of 10 7. Service in pool area 1 out of 10 8. Thermal spa closed 9. Outside pool was cold (weather was good )not heated.
