Trizah the lady at the reception is amazing and the room was clean. However the hotel has a bar on the 5th floor with the guests sleeping underneath. As you can imagine we weren't able to sleep all night from the music from the bar. It would have been nice to have sound proofed the bar at the very least. Definitely wouldn't say it is family friendly if you have kids. We also woke up to either no water or no hot water.
