Mollymook Ocean View Motel Reward Long Stays - over 18's Only

The owners were very friendly and helpful. I like the retro style of the room. The room was clean, well equipped and air conditioned. Nice view towards the sea. However, the pool was empty and closed, and we were looking forward to a swim as the weather was hot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

I cannot review the actual motel as we didn’t get that far. The woman at the office was SO rude. Right from the moment I walked in. Firstly, we supposedly parked in the wrong place which we got told off for. Then I said I was looking for a room for the night, after dilly dallying with the computer she was talking about an ocean view room, to which I said it need not be ocean view as we just wanted a bed and a shower. The ensuing conversation resulted in her asking my name, I gave it then she said the name on the card, I explained it was my husband’s card. She proceeded to tell me it had to be my card as I was the one signing in. By this stage after being told off for parking in the wrong place, then being rudely corrected when I asked my husband to move the car before being told I was trying to do something illegal, I said to this rude woman….maybe we should go elsewhere, to which she said maybe you should. They lost out on the $150.00 and we found another motel more than happy to greet us with smile. I have no idea what her problem was but I have never been treated as badly when trying to get a bed for the night.

Basic and clean. Good stopover while en route

Was ok bed wasn’t the best and could not check in till 2.30pm on line said 2pm

This is a very well kept property. The room was dated and immaculate. A nice glimpse of the ocean. It is quite a way from the CBD townships and requires driving or if you're lucky an Uber (1 of 2 in the whole area). Nice 1 night stay. Pool was growing weeds.
