Soglow Business Class Hotel

I recently spent seven days at the modern, comfortable Soglow Hotel in Molfetta. It was my delight to have friendly, welcoming staff to make my stay a pleasure. Right from the start, the staff were efficient and accommodating, starting with a breakfast of the specialties of Molfetta straight through to room preparedness. The hotel family shines in their commitment to hospitality! The location is easy to access, the rooms are pretty with lovely terraces and are clean. I will be referring my family and friends to reserve at Soglow! I had such an enjoyable stay in Molfetta thanks to the people of Soglow Hotel. Arrivederci! Victoria Giancaspro

To some people that have no idea about Soglow, like the review of Pep54 that comes from the woods of Australia, that complain about the kitchen without plates and others, because these are extras. why pay extras wen about 200 mt. go to tigo tag and get anything you need from plastic dishes and etc. Soglow is at half of the price of Dogana and even at 1/3 of the price depending on the room, I was in Dogana to check on their room, way too small for me, wen i have a larger room, large bathroom, and walking closet, two TV's large couch grate breakfast, parking may be a small charge, at half the price of Dogana. let's not talking about B&B, to me is a waisted money, with no parking, they send you to a caffe to get a coffee and cornetto, and at a price for about almost the same price as Soglow. BOOK SOGLOW WITH CONFIDENT. you will be at 5-minute walk to the Train station, just round the corner to Boulangerie St. Achille for excellent dinner. you will not be disappointed. and if you like to walk, make right when you out to the street, walk straight to the port about 1 klm to the center of everything. Best place to stay. this July 2024 wee had 8 rooms for total of 17 people, everyone reaved about, not one was dissatisfied. LOVED IT.

Service excellent. Staff was courteous and informative. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was not just a coffee and cake but complete with eggs, pancakes and other delicious items. Close to the train station and other main thoroughfares. Owner was there everyday personally to ask if I need anything. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was ideal for a family of three, clean, spacious, the beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. Black out exterior shades made sleep ideal and air conditioning was great. We did not intend to use the kitchen but the mini fridge was stocked and restocked every day. Alessandra at the front desk was polite and very accommodating- for example my family did not have the breakfast one morning and when I saw her at 10 am she said she was waiting to break down the breakfast to make sure we were able to grab something just in case we wanted something. Lovely place especially for the price. Would recommend to anyone.

Soglow Molfetta provides an internet image which is misleading. The computer images are good but there is a lack of basic amenities and reality does not match what is advertised. The design of the building is bizarre. The reception area is tucked away downstairs. Our room was large with a full kitchenette. However, the kitchen does not have any equipment, cutlery or plates. Two tiny espresso cups and two wine glasses are the limit. There is no sugar, tea or milk. No tea towels or sink wash cloths. No kettle. There are no paper towels or even a box of tissues. This is the first hotel of any star rating that we have been to that does not provide these items. The bathroom sink plug hole seemed to be clogged. There are no bathroom amenities at all. Just liquid soap which was only re-filled after a couple of days.No face washers are provided. However, the room was clean. No one offers to help transport any luggage. No one offers any information about the room, equipment or surroundings. The air conditioning did not work. The internet is inadequate and requires constant re-logging in. The light switches are haphazardly mounted. Breakfast was just adequate, nothing exceptional. The internet page advises that there is a transfer to/from the airport. This was not even mentioned. The only real positive was a lovely caffe/ patisserie ( (Boulangerie Sant Achille) 200 metres away where we could dine like royalty. We will never be going back and wouldn’t suggest Soglow Molfetta to anyone.

Do not go to any B&B, no good, and waisted money.Go to SOGLOW they are the best, clean, great people, and personal, breakfast was very good, not just coffee like B&B , walking distance to train station and two major Road, the 16 Bis and the Autostrada. For couple dollars more terrific place to stay. Clean, the clean the room every day. My second time, I will Raccombmand this place any time.
