Enjoyed a lot, property is awesome. Food is very nice.All staffs are supportive n dedicated. Enjoyed daily activities for 3 days in evening time, Ibrahim is very nice person who is good anchor, played a lots of game vth him, done karaoke. In short, it's a memorable n wonderful trip to Mahabaleshwar, special thanks to all dedicated staffs n management of ReGenta Hotel.

It is so good experience to visit in and the fun which we have was so good and we have play many games and the anchor was so good so we got so fun . The name of the anchor is ibrahim and he was so friendly with us he was doing very well in anchoring.at the end it was so greatful and memorable, unforgettable experience.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights . The location is brilliant with excellent views. Although located a little away from the main market , we preferred this hotel as the surrounding area is quiet and relaxing. Check in/ check out was very quick . All staff at this hotel work extremely hard and nothing was too much trouble for them . They all went out of their way to make our trip an enjoyable one . A big thank you goes to all the managers , reception and restaurant staff especially Raju, Nishu , Manish and Farhan . Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard. There was a lot of choice for breakfast and food was fresh . We had room service and again the food was good. We also made use of the spa facilities and had massages . Andi and the other girl who did the massages were both very good and we felt very relaxed . I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing time with very good customer service.

The resort doesnt provide Mineral water bottle, as its against resort policy, but they will provide you if you are ready to pay. disgusting policy.

The view from the property is excellent. But from executive room and above category. The lowest one doest not give a view. View sunrise and sunset from your balcony is great experience.
