Hotel Best Oasis Tropical

The hotel itself was very clean and the food was good although the dining room itself was chaotic, the entertainment in the evening was dreadful if you are English, we didn’t hear a single English song in 10 days it was all Spanish and 95% for children even though we booked away from school holidays, our room was situated with a nice pool view but the sacrifices was the noise of the screaming “entertainment” when you step outside the hotel in the evening it was a ghost town with literally nothing to do, not a shop not a bar nothing, I was with my 80 year old aunt and you couldn’t even go for an evening stroll as everywhere was in darkness, there was a bus stop outside the hotel where you could go to Pueblo market which was literally fake football shirts, handbags and stale perfume although very scenic but hilly, I cannot understand why Jet 2 would have this hotel on there books for English people, we were the only two English there. Worst holiday I have ever had.

Calidad- Servicio y buen precio. Excelente Relacion Calidad- Precio. La comida es bastante buena aunque no hay tanta variedad pero aceptable en general. Hotel para familias generalmente. El servicio es bueno en general, los trabajadores son atentos. el departamento de atencion al cliente maravilloso, cumplia aniversario y me enviaron una botella de Cava bien fria con copas y servilletas, un detalle muy bueno. La ubicacion es muy buena, en frente a la playa. Las instalaciones bien en general aunque en las habitaciones hay algunas mejoras que hacer. El hotel tiene parking de pago. Lo recomendaría sin lugar a duda. Excelente para familias.

Piscina Me parece muy mal que las hamacas de lanpiscina esten reservadas a las 8 de la mañana dejando la toalla y no apareciendo hasta las 11cde la mañana y el hotel no hace nada al respecto sabiendo la situación que se produce, se limita a poner un cartel indicando que esta prohibido hacerlo

Recomendable Hotel muy bueno, buenas habitaciones, buena limpieza, buen buffet, por poner un pero las piscinas están sucias y bastante turbias.

¿Esto es un hotel 4 estrellas? Cama incómoda, minibar con botellas de cortesía pero sin abridor para las botellas. Toallas con manchas y finas como papel de fumar Toda la habitación e incluso el baño con pelos del anterior huésped ya que yo no tengo el pelo largo ni oscuro. Pasar ser un 4 estrellas creo que le sobran las estrellas, estuve en hostales con mejor limpieza, servicios y comodidad

Lovely hotel but be careful in eth car park! Love this hotel, have stayed there many times over the years. It's clean, comfortable and rooms are well equipped. It offers excellent value for money. Our only criticisms are the very loud dining hall. You could almost do with ear plugs when its' full with everyone shouting. And a warning to those parking their cars there - the outside parking is quite limited, with cars squeezing in where are no spaces. Unfortunately our car was damaged in the car park, however we didn't notice until we'd left. You'd be better off parking your car elsewhere. A rather disappointing end to a lovely stay. Be prepared
