We booked rooms on the second level, but there was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up the staircase. We reserved three rooms in total. Unfortunately, one of the rooms had a terrible foul odor coming from the toilet, and opening the windows didn’t help at all. We complained, as the smell was unbearable, and the hotel staff quickly agreed to move us to another room. It seemed they were already aware of the issue with the room. Given that it was an off-peak time and most of the same type of rooms were vacant, we’re puzzled as to why they would assign us a room in such poor condition. When we moved to the new room, the hotel staff watched us and instructed us not to touch the bed sheets in the old room and to leave everything exactly as we had found it.

在北極村裡麪，需要買門票進去，我們到的時候已經晚上了，附近吃的不算很多，買了泡麪吃，實在太冷了，必須要吃點熱乎的，旁邊不遠就是最北郵局，停車方便，可以帶狗入住，老闆家也有衹狗，早餐可以吃飽

去年來過一次，今年是第二次住了。前台接待非常友善，還有一衹非常可愛的狗狗。房間非常乾淨，有地暖非常暖和，熱水很大也很快，房屋是木屋的風格，讓人感覺心情很舒暢。

環境很好，是一座小木屋的外形。然後因為我們東西多，還給我們升級安排了在1樓，方便我們然後房間暖氣很足風景很好。還有一衹大狗狗，好可愛好温順。服務也很好，有問必答，嗯，還能幫免費寄存行李，整體都體驗感很好。

The hotel helped us arrange a driver for our entire trip, making it easy for us to travel around Mohe at a cheaper cost. The driver are very helpful and helped us to book the attraction entrance tickets for us and we can pay him later at the end of our trip as the cost covered is mainly for him to bring us to attractions for our entire trip and it does not include attraction entrance tickets. Prepare some cash for easy payment back to the driver as for our country, we are being charged for extra 2% fees if we are using Alipay app payments above RMB200. So by paying them in cash for anything above RMB200, we can avoid paying the 2% fees. Also there are times when we make some payment while purchasing food, and we are having difficulties on the apps link which is another reason why cash is needed for the contingency period.

酒店設施齊全，距離車站也不遠

洒店位離市中心偏了點，但步行多一兩分鐘就到了，可能是春節，周邊食肆開的不多，有開要早點去，否則要排隊，酒店設施好，又提供免費停車場，房間乾淨又暖，要開點窗才行，去市中心的郵局及廣場步行即可，去其他景點要乘車了！
