Had booked the hotel with family but they refused to give the rooms saying that the rooms are full and can only provide accommodation in their other hotel, which had bad smelly rooms. When we reached out our booking agent the owner bluntly lied that rooms had some leakage issues and hence he is providing us with alternate better rooms. They do not care about the fact that people have pre booked the rooms and paid full amount for the same but just want to trouble the guests.

Had booked hotel Casa with family but and had pre-paid for the same too, upon reaching there the owner and staff mentioned that the hotel is full and they can only provide rooms in Hotel Benz, washrooms of which were very small and in bad condition. The owner too was least interested in helping and rather lied to Cleartrip that his rooms had leakage and hence is providing alternate accommodation and got our bookings cancelled without our concent upon which the staff rudely asked us to get out of the premises.

Worst management. They didn’t allot rooms when when we had prepaid pre booked. They had given us Offer to change hotel to some inferior one. So we had to cancel the booking and we had to face a lot of problems at end moment. We were visiting with our family and at night we had to search for new hotel

Great place to stay whilst in Chandigarh. Good sized room and ours was very clean. Staff were also all very helpful. Would recommend a visit here when you are next in Chandigarh. ||Busy location but once in the hotel it is clean, quiet and spacious.||A/c and fans all worked well too. Will recommend👍

All the staff members are very courteous, sincere, loyal & hardworking. Hotel rooms are also very clean & luxurious. Hotel staff provided all the daily routine articles as & when demanded. Kitchen staff and food items are also marvelous. I wish all the best to staff and owner of the hotel.

I visited this place few days before for an official tour and stay one night. My experience was good. Hotel staffs are helpful. Free WiFi available which has good speed. Some snacks items feom menu are available in the room on order. However, complementary breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel for stay.
