The behaviour of the staff was very rude especially the guy who was sitting at the reception. The kitchen guy was also not very polite. They have a no for everything we asked for giving the lecture about the rules.

It was a terrible experience i heaver had the room is messy and so much smeell i can’t tell in chat the blanket got stains and walls of rooms is horrible and ac sometimes work sometimes not in short it was so horrible experience i can’t recommend with anybody to book this hotel

Bathroom shower area tap is not working properly. Food is good second time asking for water they us regular water bislery is not available after sometime he said second time chargeable. If water is chargeable no problem but at least first u serve it then raise in bill

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the room. It was immaculately clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern decor that created a welcoming atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the amenities. The bathroom was spotless, equipped with high-quality toiletries and a refreshing rainfall shower. The room also offered stunning views, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality.

Property is really good. Room was clean. Housekeeping was best at its level. Room amenities were sufficient. Room service was good. But
pool was not clean. Food service was slow
front office staff was very dull and non cooperative. They were finding it hard even talk to the guest. This section needs improvement.
