"Lovely homely hotel in beautiful Moena. Very welcoming place with excellent food and warm animation. Breakfast and dinner were abundant and varied with delicious food. Rossana was an excellent guide for our treks, planning daily routes carefully and suggesting other possible ones when we felt like going to different places, truly commendable! Rocco provided light hearted entertainment in the evenings. This is really the place to come back to!"

"The hotel is very easy and convenient to reach by car (outside the restricted traffic zone), with convenient parking and close to the center of Moena (a 10-minute walk). The rooms are well-maintained and clean, with reasonable space and plenty of storage space for suitcases and belongings. The variety and quality of the breakfast products are just adequate. Overall, the breakfast experience (products, dining room, and ambiance) could be improved and made more welcoming with a warmer atmosphere, inspired by the essence of the mountain environment. We had an issue with our room, which was handled appropriately and professionally. The service and courtesy were average."

"I spent 1 week at this hotel with my girlfriend and another couple given the nice reviews and photos. Already upon arrival the perception is that of being in a different structure compared to the hotel booked online, tiny and dark reception, small rooms with open bathroom. The thing that disappointed us the most is the service. Having a dog with us we were rightly placed with a table in the bar area, this area is looked after by a waitress who proved to be surly and incompetent. At our table there were 2 celiacs to whom she repeatedly recommended lactose-free and non-gluten foods. I will leave aside the answers and ways that I consider less serious compared to possible damage to health. This serious fact was reported to reception where we were told "you have to ask the maitre, the waiters can get confused", an unacceptable response in my opinion. In short, a 4-star hotel that still has a lot to grow. The “spa” is little more than a pool with 2 saunas and 1 glass Turkish bath at the edge of the pool, not separated from the family and children area. The food is of poor quality, the buffet features unseasoned vegetables thrown into various containers and little else."
