Quality Inn & Suites at Airport Blvd I-65

2 star 'motel' Not the best and please be aware that the pictures are deceiving.

Would have given 5 stars, except for the fact that during my whole stay the elevator was reported closed due to being out of service and was on the second floor and had to park mid ways down to come in then walk all the way back up to front to staircase due to room location on second floor just to have to climb stairs with a bad knee

Upon arrival, my husband was checking in and another couple was leaving the lobby and the woman was simply shaking her head at me in the car. My husband informed me that they were leaving because their room was covered in mold. That should have been our first indication to leave. However, since we had already driven 14 hours and only intended to stay for a 5 hour "nap" we assumed it couldn't be bad enough to not meet out needs. When we got to our room, we took off our tennis shoes and our socks were soaked by the carpet which was soaked with "?" In the bathroom, the toilet seat was covered with urine and ***** hair, and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. The final straw for us was finding a red stain and what appeared to be ***** hair on the bed sheets. While the desk clerk was quick to refund us, this was a very disappointing and disgusting experience. If you are traveling through this area, I would recommend that you continue driving!

I remember when this property was first built. I hardly resembles the same place. The housekeeping staff is less than eager to do their jobs as they walk through the hallways like zombies staring down on their cell phones. I was reserved to stay for 10 days but left after only 3 because of the uncleanliness. There was hair and a tampon string left in the shower that me and my family were supposed to use. No thanks! The front desk and breakfast was awesome, but that's where it ends.

The first night I thought this was very nice, but the 2nd day the maid did not come so I had no towels, soap, etc. I could not even shower before check out. The front desk was not at all helpful. The breakfast service person was rude.
