No internet. No Continental. None of the lamps worked. Debris on floors. TV remote was smashed to pieces in dresser drawer. Crackers in dresser drawer. Stained sheets and towels. Bathtub filthy. Pool was filed in with soil. The real kicker was the top of a hypodermic needle in dresser drawer. Health Dept needs to shut this rat hole down

Took three tries for me to get a clean-looking room. Noises were heard outside my door all night; the parking lot looks like construction was in progress.

RUN!!!Had to request lightbulbs, water pressure horrible, dirty bathtub. Front desk had no concern about the issues in the room. 4 adults, 2 towels. TV cable fuzzy. Pillows uncomfortable. Horrible customer service. I will be asking for a refund of the points used to get the rate I booked.

This hotel should not be reccommended at all.. There was no pool, breakfast was maybe some bread and peanut butter and jelly. Room floor was filthy. No one ever changed my sheet, cleaned my room nor brought clean towels. No where to hang clothes. Not a place I would stay at again.

Housekeeping needs help on learning how to clean properly. Room was nice. People out in parking lot were working on their vehicle. Nothing really bad. They are remodeling

Room floor was so dirty, it partially flooded an area in the room bathroom walls dirty, not the room I paid for I paid for a king/queen got double full size. Room had flies, and nats. Hit my shin like 2x on a piece of metal sticking out of the frame. So many homeless people outside my door for some random reason and it’s loud. Air conditioner was leaking water inside and room had a smell. I got what I paid for I guess this was room 152 I stayed for three long days.

I was put in a room that was trashes! Had to askbfor a new room. 2nd room had muddy sludge in the tub and blood stains on the bed. ONLY after saying I wanted a refund and was NOT staying in an aweful room. I would stay at a different hotel did the owner find a clean room for me.

First room wasn't cleaned at all. 2nd room bed was cleaned nothing else 3rd room I just decided give up and sleep in the chair.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! DON'T DO IT!!! JUST SAY NO!!! 1. They gave us the wrong accomodations and we had to wait 3 hours for them to clean a room with the correct accommodations. 2. When we came back to check in after those 3 hours and traveling for 5 hours,we then had to wait in the lobby over 30 min because the worker was not to be found. 2. When she came in she literally gave us a go to Hades look and said NOTHING. I explained the situation and she still said nothing. She slapped room keys down and that was it. She was rude to another customer as well. 3. Air conditioner leaked 4. Room STANK so bad I had to go buy air freshener 5. No blankets at all. Just a sheet 6. 1 towel and 2 washcloth 7. Went to try to get a blanket and another towel, worker again not there. Btw all of this was at 7pm 8. Whatever they had tried to clean with was so oily that we were sliding all over the floor. We were to exhausted to try to get a refund to go elsewhere and it would have taken days for the refund.

Very clean property. Staff was wonderful. Doing alot of remodeling. Room was nice and clean.

The first room I was put in was TERRIBLE!! The manager wasnt trying to refund trying to make the situation better.the housekeeper was helpful and the second room was ok. More than likely will not stay again
