Simply Saadani Camp

Excellent place to relax!!! We spent several days, at the end of our holidays, to welcome new year 2025 here. Thanks all staff for an excellent services, kitchen, accommodation, ... We recommend to visit! The area close to the National Park open the possibility to meet giraffs, zebras, and many birds...

Very peaceful and chilled place with great staff, decent facilities and some lovely scenery. A larger fan and colder drinks were the only minor quibbles from me. The kids really enjoyed it and we definitely bonded in the evening with card games in a relaxed environment. The village trips were really interesting and the game drives were authentic and exhilarating.

This camp is almost on the beach. We had a great time here enjoying both safari days and relaxing days. The sea is shallow and great to swim in. The temperature can only be compared to a bath! On our first day out on safari we saw lions and elephants. The elephants walked very close to our car! The research centre was very informative and Casa and Monty told us all about the turtle and lion projects they are involved in. Unfortunately we didn't go at a time when the turtles are hatching but it was very interesting all the same. This was followed by a fun canoe trip on the creek. We hadn't planned this but the staff were more than happy to go out of their way to prep everything so we could do this. It was a bit of a struggle getting up early for the boat safari but well worth it! Very cool to sit having your packed breakfast on the boat surrounded by hippos and crocs! Got to recommend the pina coladas from the bar staff just yum! Sitting on your balcony listening to the waves what could be more peaceful and idyllic!

Simply Saadani Camp was our first stop on this trip. Had a great time with my family having a sandcastle competitions on the beach and going for a swim in the sea. Wich by the way, the water was incredibly warm. Would not expect that from the sea but it was fantastic. Loved going on the safaris in Saadani national parks unique bush and beach ecosystem and seeing all the animals. Food was great and so where the drinks. Truly was a great beach holiday, definitely recommend.

Just the place to relax after a hectic trip through Tanzania. You can still do game drives as its known for Bush and Beach! The staff are so welcoming and friendly, the food was amazing. The rooms were really comfortable. Its not a 5* hotel, but it is a 5* experience. So peaceful just chilling out on our balcony looking at the Indian Ocean. Equally good are the game drives, an abundance of giraffe and elephant especially. On our last night we were taken to their 'special' place - the boma which was a really lovely end to a fantastic trip. It was just a fire and candles surrounding us, a very special evening making those vey special memories. Thank you!

Wow.... What an experience. We were made to very welcome by the amazing staff. Nothing is too much trouble. The setting is stunning and so peaceful. We saw everything we wanted to see on the Game Drives and really enjoyed hearing the knowledge shared by the staff. We also visited the local village and visited the school, we thoroughly enjoyed meeting with the children. The food was just fantastic. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so wonderful.
