"Cosy Ryokan walkable to Iya Valley Vine bridge although it may be steep at the entry/exit slope for elderly n those with mobility issues. The stay was comfortable and relaxing. Public bath was a little small but nonetheless enjoyable. Food wasn't luxurious but showcased their local seasonal eats. If you are driving and only staying overnight , I would suggest packing an overnighter and leaving the big suitcase in the boot as the poor staff will have to lug them up steep staircases to bring to your room. There is free coffee and also a vending machine next to lobby area. There is a small courtyard to chill after dinner and look at the stars after dark. The Futon can be a little thicker as those not used to sleeping on tatami may wake with a stiffer back. It's not a deal breaker though, will still recc the Ryokan if you are planning on staying in the area and enjoying the famous Japanese hospitality."

"Mieheni ja minä olemme molemmat 70yo Australiasta. Meillä oli ihana kokemus. Huonemme oli perinteinen, iso ja mukava. Käyttö Onsen paikalla oli bonus, vaatteet tarjottiin myös. Japanin aamiainen, ensimmäinen oli herkullista. Lady omistaja oli hyvin ystävällinen ja apua. Ei Japani meille eikä englanti hänelle, google kääntäjä sai meidät molemmat läpi. Erittäin suositeltu."

"Erittäin kätevä majoitus, sijaitsee aseman lähellä, itse ajomatkailijat ovat myös erittäin kätevä ja kansalaiset eivät tarjoa rajallista pysäköintipaikkaa. Volkswagen on pieni ravintola alla, syötävä on täällä, suositeltava liharuoka! Voit myös olla pieni! Laitteisto on täydellinen, vaikka kaksi julkista kylpyhuonetta, mutta hyvin terveellinen.
