The breakfast and dinner are very good and well worth booking. There's a happy hour with free snacks and drinks from 4 pm to 6 pm. Unfortunately, our room faced the parking lot and needs renovation. International guests should be aware that street shoes must be removed throughout the hotel. Loungewear is permitted throughout the hotel and in the restaurant."

"I stayed at this hotel to attend a live concert at Sendai Sekisui Heim Arena. It's about a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, Rifu Station. You can see the hotel sign from the station, so if you have time, it's within walking distance. A taxi ride from Rifu Station to the hotel cost between ¥740 and ¥880. I had mailed my luggage to the hotel in advance, so they left it in my room after I checked in, making my journey easier. The room had a calming atmosphere with wood-grain furniture and chic wallpaper. There was a large mirror and the room lighting was white, making it easy to apply makeup. On the way back, they were very helpful, sending my luggage from the hotel, calling a taxi for me to the station, and even renting an umbrella since it was raining. I'd definitely stay here again."

"This is the newest hotel in Matsushima, so the facilities are top-of-the-line. Those who enjoy private onsen (hot spring baths) can relax and enjoy them without worry. What I really want to talk about is their service. First, before check-in, we contacted the hotel via email, and they responded quickly, adjusting the transportation arrangements promptly based on our arrival situation. Second, during our stay, the staff learned that we planned to visit Tashirojima, and since it was during typhoon season, the hotel staff kept an eye on the weather and ferry operations for us. Finally, regarding language, the hotel has two staff members who speak Mandarin, so there were no communication barriers throughout our stay."
