Not happy with the bathroom. There was mold. Shower curtain also had mold. Towels felt like sandpaper and were falling apart. Also it took several attempts at getting the hair dryer to work. The experience made me wonder how clean the rest of the bedroom was.

Mattresses take "firm" to a whole new level. Key cards work sporadically and it was clean but shabby.

Room was comfortable but the cleaning staff need to actually clean the in room hot tubs. Orange mold around all jets and under downspout. My huz makes fun of me for packing cleaning supplies but know he knows why! Please use bleach to sanitize!

Breakfast was great but there was no hot sauce for scrambled eggs and room was great except in the bathroom someone had used the toilet and did not flush. Also, light from the microwave clock was annoying. Overall my stay was good.

The Americ INN Mitchell SD was very clean and the staff were pleasant. They kept the place clean and tidy without compromising the customer service. The were busy but took the time to chat with customers. In return it relaxed people coming off of a long road and made them feel welcome. Great job.

For the price range, we were very happy with this stay. Room was clean and comfortable, decent breakfast (hot sausage and biscuit gravy, etc), and really kind service. Shout out to the front desk worker (April? she was wearing a scoobydoo shirt); she gave us great service. We would recommend this place if you are staying in Mitchell.

We arrived in the middle of the night in a terrible thunderstorm. From the moment of check-in until we left, the stay was extremely comfortable and with absolutely no issues.

Drove in from Sioux Falls Airport. Older property, all was good! Friendly and helpful staff! Every worked and had no problems
