To begin with the reservation call center is staffed by personnel that booked my stay completely incorrect. It took 2 calls to correct it in the timeframe of 30 minutes. They promised to correct the mistake and remove the incorrect reservation but billed me twice on two separate times for incorrect amounts. I was promised a refund for over billing but it was only partially done. The general manager supported me on this and I have documented texts to support my statements. Now I have been told that I am not welcome again, trust me that is no problem. If I could give them a negative rating I most certainly would.
