房間整潔，但沖涼水龍頭的水開10多分鐘都不然，床太軟了，醒來腰疼到不行

Close to airport, and provide shuttle services. However the room doesn’t even provide a kettle, room services are very limited. Most of the time they require us to go down to the lobby to grab something we want eg utensils.

入住方便，停車位多，對面就是賽百味，吃早飯很方便，邊上就是加油站，服務還可以，就是設施老了一點，半夜到達的話，還是蠻適合選這家的。

Nice hotel with comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly front desk and easy check-in. Parking is available.

一般般吧。一進門感覺怪怪的。然後床旁邊這個東西衹能調冷熱風，找不到開關，而且聲音挺吵的。洗手間裏有兩個洗髮水一個身體乳，沒有沐浴露…？衹能説中規中矩湊合一個晚上。不過有去機場班車還不錯。

有機場接送巴士 挺乾淨的 樓下餐廳感覺不是中餐也不是西餐 如果吃漢堡旁邊有一個subway 距離機場10-15分鐘路程

房間裏設施很多都壞了，也不説修修，進門連開燈的開關都找不到，真是莫名其妙，以後不會再訂！

靠近機場，打電話給酒店可以接機，總體算方便，早餐中規中矩，樓下有subway。 房間説得過去。。zzz

位置很好找，停車也方便，酒店設施較陳舊，但功能都在，有微波爐和冰箱很方便。衞生狀況可以接受。對於深夜航班機場臨時過夜是個性價比不錯的選擇

酒店離機場不到20分鐘 非常方便 酒店設施齊全 房間乾淨整潔 住的很舒服 前台人員服務都很好 很主動 熱情 早餐不錯 品種不多 160刀一晚 個人覺得性價比蠻高的

機場有免費交通車來回，對面有subway可以選擇，大廳有24小時熱水和咖啡供應，早晚班航班的理想選擇.

After a long day of delayed flights I just wanted to get some sleep, but unfortunately it wasn’t easy. Called for the shuttle, got put on hold for over 5 minutes. So I hung up and called back, was told where to go for the shuttle but only had 4 minutes to get there. Asked if they would hold the shuttle for like 2 minutes as I had two kids under 5 and it was getting late, plus they had just placed me on hold for so long and that wasted time. I was told no, and the next one would be 30mins. We proceed to the pick up, I ended up having to call back because it was 10 min past pickup time and zero sign of the bus driver. He finally shows up, it’s a tiny bus and there was soo many of us that not everyone would fit. Thank god we got on, We squished in like sardines, luggage in some peoples laps, still people were left behind and told it would be a 35-40min wait for the next ride. Get to the hotel, front desk lady was very nice and gave the kids a treat, however once we got to the room we were a little disappointed as there was a big brown stain on the bed skirt (white part that lays under the mattress) I quickly checked the sheets, they seemed fine. The pillows on the bed could be better as well, they’re small width wise. So disappointed with our stay as Best Western Plus is always our go to because we’ve had wonderful stays at other locations.
