This house is so much fun for the entire family that you won't want to leave!! But if you came for a beach vacation or to see all the local So Cal attractions you've come to the right place! The location is centrally located so you can make short trips to Laguna Beach (only 10 mi), Dana Point Harbor (only 12 mi), Disneyland (only 21 mi), Knott's Berry Farm or Medieval Times (27 mi), Legoland (44 mi), SeaWorld or San Diego Zoo (72-75 mi), Hollywood (53 mi).About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:- No loud music after 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends

Stayed for the weekend and I was so sad to have to leave this house. Words and pictures can not explain how cool this house is. The pool can be heated and the hot tub temperature is in your control with messaging the owner to put what ever temp you want or you can do it yourself just by downloading the app . I will be honest with you , I don't usually go out of my way to write a review but this place had me really blew my mind and wanted to be able to share my experience. I had my family come in from out of state and was able to celebrated a 10 year wedding anniversary . With all the family coming in and wanting to cook there favorite dish's for us , that being said .The kitchen at this house made that more then easy with TONS OF SPACE and a FULL spice rack and all the cooking gadgets you need like a mixer, blender , crock pot , tons of pots/pan/cookie sheets and so much more. If your debating on booking this home, I'd stop debating and START BOOKING ! I also spoke to the owner of the house and he was very nice and easy going. This place gets a 10/10 from my family and I !!!

We loved the backyard! We also loved the kitchen and living space! The location was great but there was a nearby toll road we took a few times just a couple of exits that was really expensive and the toll was not clear ( not the owners fault just an FYI). Anything we needed the owner got to us immediately which was great.

Worth the money
We stayed at this house for our son's wedding. The house was so well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a basketball and soccer ball my adult son's enjoyed. The owners quickly responded to any questions we had. We loved hanging a beautiful yard to hangout in and visit with out of state family.

Ok
Property was ok. Grill is unusable. Fan on stove does not work so anytime you cook any type of meat or chicken the place gets smoky. There is no door on the master bathroom, just a shower curtain. Definitely needs new paint on the water slide. Hot tub was good.

Ultimate so-cal resort house.
Wonderful house and great for lots of people as loads of room both inside and outside for everyone. Great facilities and the games machines were an unexpected bonus. Great location, nice neighbourhood and good access to freeways and local shops / take-away's / restaurants etc. The only downside was that many of the wardrobes and drawers were full of owners clothing so there wasn't much space to put away / hang things especially when there for two weeks. Overall a great home and fabulous rental for large groups / family. Thank you.

Amazing VRBO!
Could not be a more fun house and perfect for groups! The host could not be more accommodating and ensured that all of us were taken care of! Could not recommend more!

Beautiful House
Everything about this house is exceptional. From the game room, to the Tiki bar to the water slide. You couldn’t ask for a nicer place to stay.

Family Vacation
Great house for family. The kids loved the pool and slide. The adults loved the outdoor setting with the bar and seating area. The location was what we were looking for with close proximity to the beach and Disney. We will rent it again if we go back to the area.

Great Amenities!
