Glamour Mirissa arvostelua

We spent 4 nights at Glamour Mirissa. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a view of the sky. The owner, Roman, welcomed us over the phone right after we checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful and had no problem preparing coconut-filled pancakes for breakfast. They also took care of our laundry willingly. If we needed anything, we could contact the owner, Roman, directly. He recommended restaurants and gave us travel advice. His wife Lucky organizes cooking classes for guests. The hotel is separated from the beach by only a local road. During our stay at Glamou Mirissa, we felt very comfortable, and thanks to Roman, the homely atmosphere was enhanced.

This was a lovely hotel to stay in. Sadly just one night for us. The staff were lovely & we arrived early but the looked after our bags & got our room spotlessly clean really quickly. We had a sea view with a terrace where we had breakfast which was lovely. It was overlooking the sea, with the road in between. The road noise did not bother us overnight. The room was lovely. All the amenities promised & set out perfectly. Very clean, lots of space. Good air con. Nothing to fault. Would recommend.

Unfortunately, my stay was a bit disappointing. The room had a door leading to what seemed to be an office, which was noisy at times, making it hard to relax. Additionally, the large window faced a busy walkway, so I had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. Not the experience I was hoping for.

Stayed at glamour Mirissa for a month , amazing hotel,fantastic prices,staff were exceptional, breakfast lovely,right next to everything,owner was very helpful,but his staff have to take all the credit for making my stay lovely and most importantly, I always felt welcomed and hotel was very secure.

Pros: - Central location - Lovely staff who are very friendly - Comfy beds & modern rooms - Good A/C - Nice breakfast (fruit/toast/freah juice) - Great cooking class! Cons: - Rooms need cleaning regularly (fresh towels/empty bins) every day - we stayed 3 nights and it did not get cleaned - The noise from the road and construction will keep you awake so bring earplugs! Overall a lovely stay for a few nights in Mirissa!

Location is very close to a nice beach and hotel gives you not a luxury feeling but the feel if home with clean rooms, nice breakfast and a very nice and helpful staff. The view on the beach ypu can enjoy while having a breakfast and also fine different kinds of restaurants are just walking like 5 min

We have stayed 15 days in Glamour Mirissa hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was served on the terrace with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Perfect place close to the beach, I recommend it!

Clean rooms and terrace. Nice ocean view. Helpful personal 24/7. Close to the beaches (across the road). Close to the surf heaven: Weligama beach (within 10 minutes by tuk-tuk) The best choice for holidays in the south of Sri Lanka - Mirissa - Glamour Mirissa

The accomodation with great location was clean and comfortable. There was bathroom with toilet, TV, wifi and air-condition in each room. There was a terrace with a beautiful view of the ocean. The communication with the manager was great. I reccomend.

Superb place. Nice, clean, tidy. Silent fan and good airco in the room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Also we loved the great breakfast that included plenty fruit and was in general of a great quality. This all for a very modest price. If we will be back in the area, we definitely stay only there.

Upon arriving in the hotel, the staff of Glamour Mirissa explained everything in the room. The room has an unique outside bathroom, and I couldn't help myself and said: " You have a nice bathroom." The staff said :" Thank you." :) After that, the staff showed us the beach in a distance and explained to us how to go to the beach, Coconut Hill, etc. I think this is very good as by explaining everything in advance, the guest will know the location well and what to do in the neighboring area. The beach is very near from the hotel. There are many restaurants nearby. The room in the hotel is clean and some spots in the hotel look nice with the evening lights.

I loved the place! It’s very clean and cosy. The owners and staff are lovely and helpful. We had a cooking lesson there and we brought the taste back to Poland! I definately reccomend Chirani as a cooking teacher. The room smells good and we had a nice view from the Window. Roman helped us with everything we needed. It was the best place we stayed in Sri Lanka.

Spending nine days of our honeymoon in Sri Lanka here in Glamour Mirissa was the best decision we could have made! We had a chance to check into three different rooms during our stay and we felt very comfortable in every one of them - spacious rooms with AC and exterior bathroom was a cherry on a cake. Starting from warm welcome and delicious breakfasts, through the daily stays on beach just around the corner to the kindest care of us from the whole staff (Roman / Chirani / Sampat and Kolita and little Cely). Roman proactively scheduled trips to see interesting places around (arranged eveything from the taxi to the tickets), booked ayurvedic treatments, cooked us traditional food, introduced us to his beautiful family and let us focus only on enjoying ourselves! If you are looking for a stay in friendly environment surrounded with smiles on people's faces, you can never go wrong with Glamour. Highly recommend ! M & S

We definitely recommend this place! Host is very kind and helpful, he arranged us whale watching tour and also took us to tea Factory - amazing experience. Everything was clean, wifi connection was good also for working on home office mode. Breakfast was rich and delicious plus you got breakfast whenever you wanted without long waiting. Beach is right accross the road and there are many good restaurants around. If you have any problem/question/request, host is always ready to help :)
