The Westin Maldives Miriandhoo Resort

We are a family of 4, with 2 kids aged 11 and 10. We stayed in the overwater villa for 5 nights 6 days. The Westin is located about 35mins by seaplane from Male. Its a small resort with 70 accomodations (28 water villas and 42 beach villas). It has 3 restaurants and the usual facilities of a 5 star resort. What seperates this resort from the rest in my opinion is the service and attention to detail by the staff. Special shout out to Santria (F&B manager) and Laurent (GM) of the resort. Our feedback and comments were indeed taken seriously and acted upon, and we had a good experience thanks to them. The house reef is decent, and snorkling on a clear day you will see turtles, reef sharks and all the varieties of reef fishes. We took the sunset fishing trip and it is highly recommended, and we had our catch served for dinner the next day - it was so good. All in all it was a very pleasant experience at the resort, and once again I emphasize that it is the people there that made this smaller resort stand out from the rest.

a very spacious 140 square meters beach front villa with private pool at a decent rack rate, the service is simply the best! average food quality is 8 out of 10 points, but the price is quite expensive, particularly alcoholic!

住了2晚145号水上泳池屋，地方好大可看到日出及日落，房內地板有約6呎X6呎玻璃窗可看魚，可惜風浪太大不能在露台外面海浮潛。員工服務質素高，酒店在我生日當天在餐廳豉樂表演完後突然所有員工一齊唱生日歌及送上有我名的生日疍糕，使我非常開心及感動。

We vacationed during the low season, which turned out to be wonderfully warm and peaceful. Let me start with what matters most to us - sleep. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, perfectly soft without being too plush. There's a selection of different pillows available, and if none suit you, simply call and they'll find the perfect pillow for you. The air conditioning system is brilliantly designed - it doesn't blow directly on you but gently cools the room, creating an incredibly comfortable sleeping environment. The food is beyond praise - absolutely delicious and high-quality. The waitstaff remember your favorite dishes and anticipate your desires perfectly. Tired of standard menu items? Simply ask the staff and they'll surprise you with something special. The chef prepared a baked fish dish especially for us - it was absolutely divine. Curious about how the hotel operates? No problem at all. Our personal concierge, Julia, organized a fascinating tour of the hotel's internal engineering facilities. When our child wanted a cinnabon that wasn't available, Julia immediately sprang into action, coordinating with the kitchen to have cinnabons prepared. If that doesn't convince you of the exceptional service - Julia also arranged our 15th anniversary celebration into a perfect day, with thoughtful touches that made it truly memorable. You can maintain your fitness routine in the excellent, well-equipped gym. A personal trainer is available to help, support, and provide a workout partner if needed. The private pool isn't very large, but it's perfectly comfortable for intimate conversations while watching the clouds drift by. If you're adventurous enough, the coral reefs with their diverse marine life await you. During our swimming sessions, we observed sea turtles, sharks, and an incredible variety of fish. We were particularly enchanted by our dolphin encounter. It's like visiting a delphinium, but in their natural habitat. I highly recommend this experience. This is the kind of vacation where you completely disconnect from all worries and simply indulge in pure enjoyment.

威斯汀最大的優點就是服務很頂基本上問過一次就會記得你住什麼房間會關心你今天好不好 食物滿意嗎 等等 我很印象深刻 有一天晚餐 印尼經理拿了意見表給我我用繁中字很潦草寫了意見寫了很多過了十分鐘經理把我的意見都翻譯好 過來幫我逐一解決我的意見並改善說有問題隨時可以Line他中文工作人員有30% 70%要說英文 細項聽不懂手機翻譯很方便沒有中文菜單 但是服務生很樂意解釋餐點我不會喝調酒想要甜一點 我點瑪格麗特 也幫我客製化不要那麼酸辣 除此之外很用心在睡覺上威斯汀的床具很有名還有一張卡片 寫著怎麼樣可以睡的好 還有睡前精油 我很容易醒 但我這幾天睡的很舒服 生態非常豐富 很多魚螃蟹蜥蜴鳥 唯一的缺點就是活動很死 比如十點瑜伽課 但我睡到十一點十一點沒有活動 我就會很無聊 但是睡過頭可以隨時加入 有時候遲到半小時了也不用擔心被責備直接加入 非常歡迎 真的很無聊 也可以跟工作人員說 他們一定會幫你解決的
