全古晉數一數二的酒店了,一個晚上300軟妹幣還要什麼自行車。泳池挺挺哇塞。周邊景點市場食檔都不少,走路能到。休閑度假真的不要太好了。

It's a bit of a hit and miss. We were in a deluxe king room with sea view. The first room that we were given didn't have cold water for showering. In this room there was also no hand towels which is surprising for a 5 star hotel. We were then given another room pretty quickly. This new room was better, yet it had a line of mold in its shower screen. Lastly, both rooms didn't have bathrobes.

Menginap di Pullman memang pilihan yang sangat tepat. Hotelnya mewah, kamar nya Luas bersih dan nyaman. Fasilitas lengkap . Sangat nyaman tidak perlu khawatir. Bepergian Jadi 😊 happy

Although I had to call reception thrice for the baby cot to be brought to the room but my 3 days 2 night stay was great, at least my baby enjoyed his stay.. but the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night yet no announcement and all be made (I think this part need to at least tell all the guests if it’s safe or what).. also, splendid view but still like higher floor where when I made a phone call to the hotel to confirm my booking, she told me she’ll arrange 14th floor but when I got there I got 10th floor 😂

Huge room and reasonable price. But only half of my stay got room make up. Even after make up room, they miss to refill toilet paper and I don’t think they have cleaned anything but just take away the trash 🥲

這是我住過最差的的5星級酒店之一,房間實際情況和照片很不一樣~ 房間裝修和擺設非常簡陋和毫無設計風格。 床單很舊,有黑色斑點,被子很不舒服 裡面的填充物都成團了! 房間大窗戶和窗簾都很髒,很影響看到外面的景色。

I upgraded my room and add on one more bed with breakfast, I force to pay another RM278.32, with same room design but higher floor without complete toiletry set… disappointed!
