The unit accommodate up to six people. It is located on the second floor which can be accessed by elevator. The balcony spans the width of the unit offering perfect views of the Gulf from both the living room and Master suite. The unit has an open floor plan between the main living, dining and kitchen areas. A black mottled granite countertop with bar height bar stools provides additional seating while entertaining guests. The Master Bedroom boasts its own access to the Gulf facing balcony. Master bath has double sinks with black granite countertop. Majestic Sun offers a heated indoor pool which connects and spills down to the adjoining outside pool. Two steaming hot tubs are located outside on either side of the pool. Multiple chairs are provided for lounging in the sun. All is enclosed by a fence to provide security for guests utilizing amenities of majestic Sun.
