Hotel Estelar Miraflores arvostelua

Good location, decent pricing, older hotel that still has some years left. Unfortunately staff cannot get out of their own way, lack of training, no common sense when it comes to dealing with issues. We had 2 separate reservations due to a flight change, asked if we could stay in the same room for both reservations, assured we could. Last day came back early from a tour and found our room still not cleaned, they were waiting for us to check out and then check back in due to a 7 dollar price difference! New room AC not working, stay somewhere else!

酒店門口稍堵車。工作人員非常友好並且有禮貌。房間乾淨整潔。頂樓餐廳風景優美。早餐選擇較多，味道也很不錯。

Great hotel stay and Lima and nice little Pool for the kids

離海邊近，頂樓的自助早餐廳可以眺望海岸線，風景是突出優點。

這是第二次來利馬住這家酒店了，看重的就是酒店的位置比較不錯加上這個區域稍微安全些，但是下次應該不會住這家了，房間裏的味道太重了。樓層低的話對面就是建築，不太敢開窗簾，比較難受😣

Great suite, loved the sauna and jacuzzi.

Podría ser mejor si hubieran permitido que cenemos en el Restaurant pidiendo de la carta más la comida que habíamos traído de fuera. No lo permitieron y tuvimos que ir al piso 6. Después el desayuno buffet todo bien.

Miraflores 非常推薦的一家酒店，周邊有很多餐廳和商業，很安全。酒店前台和服務人員非常棒！早餐在21樓，可以遠看城區，視野開闊！這次入住的雙人間，很寬敞！

酒店在遊客中心區，附近幾個大商場和百貨公司，吃的喝的全在附近，也有很多中餐館，想不到其他區比這裏更方便，頂樓餐廳可以遙望太平洋，酒店性價比超高，高度推薦

페루 2023 방산전시회 참석 및 비즈니스 미팅차 처음으로 리마 방문하였으습니다. 4박 5일 동안 비즈니스와 시내업무 하기에 매우 좋은 위치에 있었고, 직원들은 매우 친절 하였습니다. 감사합니다^^

위치 좋고 친절하고 숙박하기 무난한 호텔입니다. 다만 고층이라 창을 열수가 없어서 환기하기가 어려워요. 걸어서 15분거리에 작지만 한국식당겸 가계가 있어서 식당 사장님이 공항가는 우버택시도 잡아주고 도움이 됐어요.
