Built in 2021, this very small apartment has everything you need! Walking distance to all Minturn restaurants and the Minturn Summer Artisan Market. Twelve minutes to Vail and 16 minutes to Beaver Creek. Five minute ride to the Minturn Bike Park, lots of hiking trails nearby.
Summer Concert Series at the Minturn Amphitheater and the Bravo! Vail Music Festival is only 15 minutes away.
French doors open up onto a beautiful pasture and hillside out back, and the kitchen door opens onto a small peaceful deck.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.There are lots of stairs! 3 Levels..About customRules:If you are found to have a dog that was not previously cleared (documented service dogs only) by us, there will be a $250 fine assessed..If you are found to have extra guests staying overnight there will be a $50 per guest, per night charge assessed. Sweet little place in cute little town exactly as pictured. The host is super responsive and generous. Perfect for one or two people. Stayed two nights and had everything I needed. She even had coffee available in the house. Walked around the little town enjoyed the views. did not ski, but went into Vail several times from the house, super easy straightforward drive.

Great quiet place, owners are very responsive. Only 4 stars cause of the size of the shower. Very small shower, hard to get clean after a day of hiking. Other than that, place was amazing

We truly enjoyed our stay and how gracious our host Patty was to us. Everything was neat and clean, we loved the location, the rooftop deck was a real treat, as we enjoyed breakfast and wine in the evening overlooking the mountains of Minturn. You can’t beat the location as it’s central to everything in the Vail Valley. We would certainly stay here again!

Perfect for a couple‘s getaway
We loved the apartment! It featured the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever seen, the bedroom was cozy and practical the porch was a nice addition. The location is amazing with multiple restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and the host is both friendly and helpful.Only note: the living room is one story up and the bedroom another one, if you’re not comfortable walking a lot of stairs or have a whole lot of luggage this may not be the place for you.
