地理位置不錯，房間也大，整體還好，就是服務態度不是很好。我預訂3晚，行程更好衹要2晚，結果前台不改而且態度很不友好。

Our room wasn’t very clean, there was hair and stains. They don’t do housekeeping, unless it’s requested (which they never told us??) and then when we requested they at least take our trash out, they never did. The room was extremely hot, the A/C didn’t work, so we had to open the windows to let fresh air in but couldn’t sleep due to how loud it was outside. They don’t offer complimentary breakfast or airport shuttles or seemingly anything else but the room itself. The whole building is dated. There was a constant loud shrieking/beeping near the elevators the entire time. There seemed to always only be one person staffing the desk and they seemed miserable and in a bad mood each time we had to speak to someone. Even asking for towels seemed to be the most unreasonable ask from them. They also charge your card a $400 holding fee which is way more than any other place and shouldn’t be this high for a hotel of this low of a caliber anyway. I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s worth scraping up more money to stay somewhere decent in my opinion.

お風呂の水が止まらずチョロチョロとずっと出ていたため少し音が気になったのと、深夜一時を回っても隣の部屋で大音量の音楽と声が聞こえてきました。これはホテルのせいではないので悪しからず。 スタッフはとても親切に対応してくださいました。

All the staff at this hotel, including the servers at the restaurant, were very helpful and friendly. Steven at the front desk provided excellent customer service.

The room was spacious and very clean, very accommodating to everyone. Loved how spacious the room was

Not clean. Sink had hair. Faucet had no hot water and leaked. Shower drain was plugging. Overall not good folks. Too much to have fixed for a one night stay after arriving at 9pm.

The location is very good and convenient to assess to other places. The staff is very nice and helpful to solve our problems. Highly recommended.

入住4天，就打掃了一天的房間，還是不斷的和前台溝通後，的確頭大。

設施還算不錯，交通方便，晚安也安靜。離明尼蘇達大學不遠。Uber大約$13。房間比較大。給兒子訂了的＇我自己訂的房間居然付款也沒成功，攜程賠付了一些錢。

非常糟糕的住宿環境，房間內沒有冷氣，房間悶熱必須開窗通風，而靠窗樓下面又有一條主交通要道，每每車輛經過會發出很大的聲響，飯店櫃檯服務人員態度傲慢無禮，因房間沒冷氣要了個風扇，後來才發現風扇發出的聲音不亞於樓下經過的車輛聲響，我又是睡眠很淺的人、結果一整個晚上都無法入睡，第二天又要開長途車，你是件非常痛苦的事。以後我絕對不會再入住這種飯店也不會介紹親朋好友來住的。
