"Tämä on poikkeuksellinen kiinteistö kaunis Mindo, Ecuador. Olipa etsiä perhematka tai romanttinen tie, tämä paikka on ihanteellinen. Matkamme laajennettu perhe. Kiinteistö on kaunis, hyvin puhdas, ja henkilöstö on fantastinen. Meille oli henkilökohtaisesti tervetullut saapuessamme, ja koko oleskelumme, henkilöstö oli huolellinen ja ystävällinen. Restaurantti on poikkeuksellinen, varmasti siellä on ainakin yksi illallinen. Kiinteistö on lusikka ja täynnä kukkivia kasveja, jotka houkuttelevat kauniita lintuja. Mindo on erilaisia suuria retkiä tutkia (kävely, vesistöt, zip-lintu). Pysyminen täällä ei pettymys."

"I was directed to this small hotel by a local when my booking elsewhere fell through at the last minute. The rooms are modern and comfortable - mine had a jacuzzi - and most/all? overlook a subtropical garden full of flowers and birds. The owner is exceptionally helpful. She is a mini tourist office and can for example sell you tickets to various attractions including the butterfly farm. Note that she does not accept credit cards. The price was extremely reasonable, 75 US dollars per night for a double room including breakfast."

"Lovely place in the heart of Mindo. We stayed only one night and I was sorry not to stay longer! I took my son and his friends there and they had a great time. Casa de Piedra has wonderful gardens and a beautiful setting and only at 5 minutes from the main plaza of Mindo. Henry and all the staff were very friendly and ready to assist you. I loved its breakfast, specially the coffee. I highly recommend this place."

"The pizza at the restaurant was really good. Very friendly service. We were a large group and the food was served within a reasonable time. Everyone enjoyed the food they ordered. I was short $1 dollar on our bill. The owners said that was okay and not to worry"

Casa Divina Eco Lodge ★★★

"We love eco-lodges and much about Casa Divina was terrific - the birdwatching with Efrain, the cloud forest, the fast turnaround on laundry. Good location - walking distance (or a $3 can) to town or the butterfly reserve. And it was the only place in Ecuador, including 4 star hotels, where we could flush our toilet paper. But the food (other than the fruit smoothies) was mediocre and the bedding worn."
