Courtyard Milwaukee Downtown arvostelua

Location is great but when we enter the lobby, we were disappointed by the smell of old building. The hotel urgently needs a renovation Carpet in the lobby is dirty & elevator condition is even worse The room is clean but it also smelled musty. The bathroom especially shower has cracked walls & floor. The bed doesn't have a proper headboard, they used a foam covered in sheets. The mattress was hard and my family was not able to sleep comfortably For the price that I pay , i expected better. It doesn't deserve the big name of Marriot, so sorry this hotel seems more like a motel...

Trip was ok. Room service can be improved. Had a small issue with hot water shower in the room and had to change the room as it was not fixed.
