Gentlemen Raj gave outstanding service, his super friendly. Definitely will recommend due to his amazing welcoming service. Room was great very quiet and peaceful, needs upgrading but very clean. Raj is big asset to this brand definitely deserves recognition.

Hotel is in a great location for the shops and restaurants. Rej was so helpful from the moment we arrived, helping with parking, directions & even offered to help with our luggage, I can’t praise him enough. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! We had a lovely stay, hotel quiet and clean. There isn’t a lift but there are rooms on the ground floor if needed. Breakfast is next door in the Beefeater. It was rather dark and dingy desperately needing a facelift. The breakfast was just okay, not buffet style like most Premiers for the cooked food which is a great shame and not the greatest to be honest, however the staff were all friendly and worked hard. Having said this I would definitely stay here again because it was great value and I’m a great believer in you get what you pay for!

Great service from Rej at the front desk on my arrival at the hotel. Friendly guy and happy to help with getting me settled with all the relevant information regarding meal times and ensuring the parking ticket was in place for my vehicle. Clean, comfortable, warm rooms. Ideal location for local entertainment venues and close to where I needed to be on my visit to the area. Highly recommended. 👌

Thank you Rej for making sure we were comfortable and I had an accessible room. You are very friendly and made the trip even better. Also thank you to the lovely cleaning ladies for getting the room ready for me quicker than they needed to. The bed is comfortable, the rooms are clean and was surprisingly very quiet for a city stay.

Lovely helpful service on arrival and nice clean rooms. What you see is what you get. Attached to a busy Beefeater, the food was very good, relativy quick but the restaurant needs updating. There is plenty of parking on site and cheap charges.

Nice friendly staff, very clean room, really nice place to stay. We based our stay in Milton Keynes on this hotel even though there were others in the same location. This one is really relaxing. Third time we have used this one. we are already planning our next stay

I probably wouldn't stay again. As there is alot of choice in Milton Keynes. The room was adequate but lacked a lift. My partner uses a stick to walk. And although another room was found on the ground floor it was very noisy all night with people coming and going. The breakfast was by far one of the most unpleasant experience of the trip. It's dirty inside dark and full of cobwebs webs. Scrambled egg were like rubber and cold beans and mushrooms. The so called sausage was cremated. It was so unpleasant. I would not choose to stay here again.

Excellent price value for money and a good nights sleep. Staff very helpful. Reg definately made us feel valued, was helpful and very friendly. Would definately stay again. Location brilliant for eating and shopping centre, as well as snozone.

Arrived here for a business trip and was checked in by Rej in a quick efficient but very friendly manner. The room was spotless and tidy and the tea and coffee well stocked. The best thing about the premier inn is definitely the bed comfy and helps you sleep so well while you are away from home. The hotel.isnquiet and all areas clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay in its in a central area of Milton Keynes handy for restaurants and bars
