We booked the room well in advance asking to have separated beds and upon arrival the beds were not ready. The air conditioner ended up being broken during the excessive heat warning in June we were not at all comfortable. When we attempted to bring this to the attention of the owner they said nobody else complained and it must be fine and they simply forgot about the beds. The next day the air conditioner was completely replaced for a brand new one while we took another room for two nights. The other room was very clean and comfortable with brand new AC already. So we are happy they took our complaints seriously. I liked the place however our room seemed to be the room they ignored well with the old AC and uncomfortable spring coiled mattress. We used extra blankets and pillows to lay down on to sleep. For the price it was fine of course and the couple seems sweet enough. They provided little paper slippers and free cookies and coffee. Nice touches make a difference. Thank you very much EFI for taking care of us and be well !

Wonderful stay at En Milos, staff were so attentive and helpful when planning trips. Breakfast was lovely you could have as little or as much as you wanted and always arrived on time. Easy walking distance of restaurants and full size fridge for supermarket drinks, food etc. Very clean and beds were made each day and fresh towels and linen every few days. C’est une superbe adresse ! Nous avions un studio familial pour nous 4 : grand, chic, très bien équipé, immense terrasse ombragée (parfait pour les soirées ou pour bouquiner avant de partir en visite!), très jolie déco, très propre. Cents encore mieux que sur les photos. C’est extrêmement bien situé, à cinq minutes à pied du centre de Pollonia où il y a tous les restaus et moins encore de la plage. Par ailleurs, lorsque nous sommes arrivés le premier jour, j’étais malade et la personne à la réception a gentiment proposé de m’emmener au cabinet médical de Plaka (nous n’avions pas de voiture +dimanche soir…) et m’a ensuite accompagné à la pharmacie. Accueil adorable ! Nous recommandons!

We were booked at beautiful hotels in Milos including Delmar and Phos. We needed one night more where those hotels were not available. It was last minute and during peak season in August so very little available. The reservationist for the other hotels suggested Efi. Since it was just one night and looked decent on their website we agreed and paid in full in advance. We arrived early in the morning to find the room was falsely advertised and was nothing like the room we were shown on the website. When we told the hotel owner that we were very disappointed that the room was inaccurately depicted online, he refused to offer us a room of the same standard we had supposedly booked, he began shouting, became very aggressive, threatening and refused to give us a refund. Not only was the room not what we had booked and subpar we also felt incredibly unsafe around the aggressive owner. We booked last minute at another hotel on the island instead which we made more than double the rate of Efi since it was same day . We have two young children and would not stay at Efi, somewhere their and our safety is at risk. We paid $220 for this room that we didn’t even stay in. They kept our money.. Efi Studios would rather falsely advertise rooms that are a much higher standard than the reality of the rooms they offer and keep people’s money even though we didn’t stay there (our suitcases were kept in our car. We were there at 10am - check in was at 2pm) they refused us even a partial refund. Horrible owners, shabby, low standards apartments. Thieves.
